Wales yes, and ditto another of Maths. It's as stressful for us mums as it is for them!! I feel for you!
It has been a very uphill struggle to get DD to revise maths enough the last 3 weeks. I had to get out the big guns at the weekend! After an inital big strop, fair does - she revised nearly all day Sun and Mon! Didnt help that she had a lot on with her BTEC last week. Just one more Math for us on the 14th but also resitting English. She has ASD so not great at reading between the lines as needed in English papers!

@duvet You must be in Wales then?

DD had her first paper last Friday. She spent Tue-Thur saying she wasn't going to do it (think of my stress levels!) but finally decided 4.30pm Thursday night. She only stayed in the exam 1hr when it is 90mins but at least she went in.

How many more papers does yours have? DD has 2 more on 7th & 14th June.

I so don't want another year of maths with her!

My DD had Unit 1 resit maths GCSE today. I also feel like my dd is the only one! How is yours doing?

I think more than 30% don't pass every year so there must be loads.
My son didn't pass and retook at college( couldn't quite scrape a 4 but went straight into work).

Thanks for responding. I know there should be loads, but generally not on MN!

DD is 'resitting' maths. I put that in quotes as she hasn't sat it properly before. Her y11 was TAGs and she wasn't well anyway, she wasn't entered last year, so this is her first even vaguely proper attempt.
