A level results day 2021 support thread

Hi 👋
I thought it might be nice to have a support thread for us parents? (Can't see one in further Ed yet??)
It's been such a difficult time for our kids - and for us! - but the end is in sight!
Ds will get an e mail at 8.30am (apparently) and can go into college in person if he needs help/advice.

My DD has been hell to deal with as she's so stressed, so I'm so glad it's soon over. Weirdly she is singing this morning though, which she rarely does these days & was always a sign she's happy & at peace in herself, even though she's convinced she'll fail she won't Confused

His insurance is Bath, and a little part of me has been thinking that he might actually enjoy Bath more 😀 He's just gone up to school now, for the rest of his results...

Bath is dd’s insurance too - firm is Edinburgh. But bath has tonnes going for it - nephew is there and had a great first year, even with COVID chaos.

Haven't been up for long but that's because I was awake until after 2.30. Feeling sick now. Both the boys are up and about, DT1 since 7! Good luck to everyone.

Dog walked, me bathed and dressed, washing on, DD still blissfully asleep. Keeping my phone on do not disturb to avoid the good luck texts etc.
