I actually came to say hello to you all. I keep popping onto the threads but life & work means that i don't have much MN time.
Moving DD for sixth form was still the best thing we ever did. She struggled with the long dark days in December/January but the mornings are getting lighter now. She's started learning to drive and is loving it.
After her most recent exams she's predicted AAB but is still determined not to go to university. To be fair i don't think it's right for her at this point in her life. She's getting pressure from school to change her mind so i may speak to her HOY and let him know that she knows what she's doing and has already had a job offer.
