trinity digital assessment anyone

How do you check for the marks? When I go to the page it says submitted but not graded. Annoyed as we submitted on the 9th of August...

We uploaded my Ds' exam last week. Any idea how and when we should expect to hear from them?

That's a bit worrying, DS did the rock guitar exam. It's his second instrument and his teacher only suggested the exam two weeks before the deadline. He scored 57/80 for his pieces, which I presume would just be a pass. Could the algorithm mean he might fail?

I was a bit surprised by the lack of comments from the examiner, he normally does piano with ABRSM and has all distinctions so far, the comment boxes are always crammed full of comments.

He isn't expecting an amazing score, he knows it was rushed, but he'd be gutted to fail as he worked really hard those two weeks.

Has anyone had their grade back after the algorithm?

I sent twitter/Facebook messenger/email (altogether 6 transaction so far) to get my log in details to upload the video. Twitter/Facebook team member were helpful and sympathetic and forwarded my message and also asked me to send email to info@trinity which I did but still have not received it. I have booked this back in June!
We chose trinity this time as their exam is earlier than ABRSM. DD needs to get the grade before her scholarship audition. So frustrated.
Also I am worry about their algorithm. DD never take Trinity exams before. On their facebook page, some were complaining as they got distinction on their pieces but got merit as a result. I have started thinking that actual exam might be much better to get a good result.

I submitted my sons on Wednesday and just got the marks through for the pieces. Apparently it's will take another 6 weeks to get the grade back.

There is a video tutorial on the website to show you how to submit, I would never have found it otherwise. It's really confusing!

You should have an email with login details and a password, however many of us haven't received login details despite tomorrow being the last day for upload. I am still waiting for my daughter's even though I've emailed several times.

Trinity have said that they will extend the last date to 7 days from your login details being sent out, even if that's after tomorrow. I would email or send them a message on Twitter.

Apparently if you book two students on the same form it will only recognise one? Despite there being an option to book more than one. This is the reason I've been given sine I got DS's login last month.

I've not been impressed with how it's been handled. Mistakes get made but they have not been quick to rectify them.

Hi all, we have of course left it right to the last minute to upload my son's exam entry, only to find we can't log in! I have only had one email from them when we initially registered and nothing since. Can anyone help with what information we should have?

I had a message from them too last night, it seems they have a lot more students then they bargained for. They will be getting login details out this week, but I will contact on Twitter too on mondayvif I haven't heard anything.

I'm also having problems with uploading my son's video, they don't appear to have assigned him a course. When I click on courses, there's nothing there. So something else for me to email them about.

We did it in three takes eventually, I had to stop the first one as he messed about with his flute in between songs!

Yesterday, I messaged Trinity via twitter and today they said they logged my case and will come back to me with a log in detail. I hope I can get it by Monday.

We tried to record the pieces today but it was so hard to record in one take. Our dog came to the room and ruined her recording too.
We still have a week so we try to record everyday till she is lucky enough to have a miracle shot!

I booked on the 7th July and have only received details for my son - my daughter who was done at the same time has not had any login details. Their main phone number doesn't work but I asked their teacher to follow it up and apparently her details should be arriving today ... nothing yet, I will try to ring the lady who emailed me again if it isn't here soon. She is very particular (my daughter, not her teacher!) and won't make the video until the login details are here!

Does anyone know how you upload the files? The only place I can find to put it is in 'record of evidence', is that correct?

I have booked for trinity digital assessment. As I haven't received any instruction ( only receipt ) for uploading, I emailed 2 days ago but no reply yet.
When did you receive the instruction?
I am thinking to use iPhone to record, have you recorded with portrait or landscape? Do I have to show them original music before the recording? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!

We have just uploaded the video for this. Def chase the login details after the suggested two weeks have passed - it took two emails to get the details....

We registered a couple of weeks ago and haven't had our instructions yet - the cut off seems to be 31 July for registration and 14 August for recording. Have you now gone through the process OP and come out the other side? I hope all went well!
