My dd is due to be in a dance show, we've been given her list re hair etc for the show and there's make up on there this year which is not a problem just new.

So what brand is best it needs to be bright and long lasting

Blue eyeshadow
Blue liquid liner
Red lipstick
Red lip liner

Thanks in advance

It doesn't really look like 'normal' make up either does it. Close up with some of the make up, the exaggerated lines around the eyes, it can look odd close up, but looks fine from the audience.

Yes, you need make-up on stage as the strong lighting makes you look washed out and like death warmed up otherwise.

Boys wear it as well, but not the same shades obviously, just subtle colour. The aim is to look as though they aren't wearing make-up at all from the audience point of view.

It’s stage make up, as has been said, you look very featureless under the lighting. Boys wear it too.
If it’s just a one off with the make up use something hypoallergenic and inexpensive and use a fixing spray.

Cinders - yes, they will be. People look like featureless ghosts under stage lights with no make up.

This makes me so sad. Are the boys required to wear makeup?

Does if you put the lipliner all over ten put the lipstick on

Nicpem1982 · 06/01/2018 19:48
