Anyone want to join me?
Yes I know it’s an oldie but I did it about 15 years ago and it was really effective.
I’ve just done day one and the weights and abs stuff weren’t too bad but the cardio nearly killed me, I’m more unfit than I realised.

I never thought it possible to have visible abs, but after doing this, I did. If course I then rewarded myself with food and no Jillian, so they were quickly hidden again. Brutal, but effective, even when doing it half arsed like I did.

Yes I went on an all inclusive holiday after completing it last time and never got back into it afterwards! I looked good on the holiday though!

I love that it’s only 20 minutes too so not too much of a mission to do every day

I’ve found it for free online but there are a couple of ads (to cheat and give me a break in 😆)

It used to be free on YouTube but I think you have to pay now

I want to give it a go again. Nearly killee me when I was younger and fitter so goodness knows how I'll do now :D
