How to get a bigger bum

Exactly- what one person finds attractive the next person doesn’t and that’s fine. We’re all different.

Not that I need to justify because it’s a public forum, but I’m nice so I will…. I was replying to a pp who listed things that are apparently universally unattractive and flat arse was one of them along with others things. I was pointing out that many people like small!!

I couldn’t care less what folk do to their bodies, makes no difference to me. I like what I like and some will agree some disagree.

I think we could pretty accurately age people by their views on butt size. Boomers and older Gen X don't like butts. The smaller and even flatter (no sticky outy butts) the better.

Some of the very youngest Gen X and many millennials and Gen Z want fuller bottoms.

I think I prefer fuller bottoms even though I am older because I train a lot and I like all my muscles to have some development and visibility. Glutes are big muscles and I like to see them. I also see flatter bottoms as something people develop as they get old as we loose muscle mass

I want to be strong and not have mobility issues as I get older. That's what drives a lot of my training now. Strength and flexibility.

So I guess I am surrounded by people who similarly spend time actively choosing to increase their muscle volume so that's what I see as looking good. Because we tend to like what we are familiar with I think.

@Ciderlout and of course back in the day people didn't get butt lifts. Back in the day people didn't wear butt revealing clothes.

When a mere sight of an ankle was enough to send a man into a tizzy, no one was thinking about how to lift their butt cheeks 😂.

Most societies have become more and more revealing in their clothes choices beit more flesh revealed or tighter more body conscious clothing. That's not something we are going to see going away anytime soon. If anything people are less and less concerned about covering up anywhere!

I have said that it is not peculiar that the OP wants a bigger bum. Small butts are the anomaly in terms of what has been considered desirable, healthy and attractive. Fuller butts have been the default backed by science. There is a huge biological advantage and therefore attraction to a larger butt to waist ratio

Nope, I’m a pasty celt who’s been this shape since puberty in the late 90s. My waist is 13 inches smaller than my hips.

Fwiw, I think there’s a definite hint of racism in this thread - both in the idea that the natural body shape of many Black women is pornographic, disgusting, or grotesque, and in the idea that a white woman couldn’t possibly have that body shape naturally or wish to have that body shape.

But you should also work on upper body strength - dumbell thrusters are good for this if you want to max out on squats. But strict shoulder press, lat pull-downs and bench press should also be in there.

Oh please. You can clearly see brown skirt has an empty butt area. And it was on a site about how to get a bigger bum 😂because she hated how clothes looked on her flat bum. But good to see that you can't deny it looks better in the other photo. If you thought the flat butt brown skirt looked better you would have said so. Not that the reason it looks worse is due to 'different angles'

Also it looks like anterior pelvic tilt and that not a good posture for your body. It’s looks unnatural (like the injected lips) and that’s why a lot of people genuinely don’t think it’s as attractive as some people on here keep insisting it is and it’s ‘sexy’ and ‘hot’ and ‘cute’.

Also going back to the fact it’s only a recent phenomenon with the celebrity trend (like everything I guess) 15 years ago no one would be wanting a big butt. Again I know some people like it and that’s totally fair enough but there are reasons why others don’t.

I guess it’s like the lips trend at the moment. The duck look. There are so many women that love it but I much prefer the natural look of lips than the sticky out look. Same with arses.
