Cambridge diet

Hi everyone. Has anyone done the Cambridge Weight Loss diet? I'm using it as a last resort so would love to hear some good reviews

You might want MNHQ to move this - probably to Weight Loss Chat (or one of the other topics in the weight loss section)

I think you're more likely to find posters who know about dieting over there.
