Hi all!
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good yoga video to follow at home, ideally available on Amazon prime. I don't mind paying... I've tried looking but I'm overwhelmed with options and some seem very Amateur-ish..?
Please let me know if you have any personal favourites 😁

Have a look at yoga girl - Rachel brathen or yoga international - they do a lot of free videos that are very high quality.. have tried them myself and enjoy them.
