At a gymnastics class.

I'm 35. Can barely do a forwards roll but loved doing sports acro at school.

There's a big gym club near me that says it does adult classes for beginners to really good people, just turn up on a Wednesday night.

Will I be 10 years older and way unfitter?! Pleas help give me the confidence to go!

Well done! You'll be somersaulting in no time!

Well done for going! I've been to adult ballet in the past and there was a good mix of people there.

DS had his first gymnastics lesson this week. I oggled the equipment with envy!

I went and I loved it! Coaches were fab and there was a huge range of people.

True, if I hate it or am so far behind I don't have to go again.

I really want to love it!

Go! I went to my first fitness group yesterday. I was the youngest but by far the most unfit! The coach was supportive and told me just to concentrate on what I was doing not try to compete with anyone else. I was nearly sick, I ache like mad today but really enjoyed myself. If you don't enjoy it then you don't have to go back but at least you'll know.
