10,000 steps every day - anyone with me?

Have decided -as part of my 'new year, new me' mission- that I'm going to ensure I do at least 10,000 steps every day without fail.

I got a fitbit a few months ago and love it. Up to now I've mainly been monitoring it in a mildly interested way though, rather than really making an effort to increase what I normally do Blush

Some days I do the 10,000 steps no problem, but not every day, so am determined to do extra to make sure I do. I'm also aiming to run 3x a week and improve my diet.

Anyone with me on the steps?

I've been doing this since I got mine mid December. The only three days I didn't manage it were C.Eve/C.Day/B.Day/Sunday as the weather was so shite or we had family to visit in the car - but I've managed it every day otherwise.
I can happily announce that doing an hour's digging at the allotment creates a massive chunk in both Active Minutes and steps; so my allotment has been getting weeded more than ever this holiday.

We have a treadmill, and 20 mins on that gives me 2500 steps.
