Tis is just the kick up the arse I need. Can i join in?

Gym closed and I am suffering as no alternative and not motivated to find time to run more than once a week.

Yay! And I will tweet/blog too. Fantastic and thank you for inspiration!

think I've found you and am following you

have never quite found my way around twitter Blush even my parents are more comfortable there than me and they are practically neolithic

Eek! Just done it, but will be tweeting not blogging. Did a trial run in Janathon where I didn't join officially but did manage to exercise every day! Not sure how Juneathon will go as I have a hilly HM next weekend bu I guess it will make me do some active recovery!!

dizzyday07 · 30/05/2014 19:58

IdkickJilliansAss · 30/05/2014 18:44
