Well this was always organised before by the lovely Leningrad - who seems to have sadly departed these boards If you are lurking Lenin, I miss you and desperately need help with my team. I am not trying to steal the glory!

So in honour of Lenin, I would like to announce the new league for this season. Code is 1176352-279591. Lets hope the Olympics have got our competitive juices flowing and let's have an exciting bunfight season, as let's face it, I need something to talk to DH about between August and May.

an absolute disaster....think I might have to play my wild card for next week - but feel its a bit too early...grr

GlaikitFizzog · 16/09/2012 08:30

Hmm, not too bad this week! I'm above the average points, but I have no players playing today. So what I've got is what I'll get!

chocolateshoes · 15/09/2012 16:03

I'm doing badly again - grrrrrr

GlaikitFizzog · 14/09/2012 14:25

Just another nudge!

GlaikitFizzog · 11/09/2012 21:39

Bumping ladies, to remind you we are back on this weekend.

Here's hoping our boys are all well rested after the international break!

chocolateshoes · 05/09/2012 19:10

Yes RVP did me proud!

JaquelineHyde · 03/09/2012 11:10

chocolateshoes · 02/09/2012 20:26

Glai - I did the same. Tevez has done well for me this week. All together MUCH better than my dismal start.

Whoop assist fromvalencia there!!

Have transferred Rooney out today for Torres. I might have him back once he's better though!

Weneed to keep this thread going otherwise I'll forget a out my team after a while!

JaquelineHyde · 02/09/2012 15:52

Oh well that was a bit of an anti-climax I'm a non mover

Will check back again later today as I have a few players on now.

JaquelineHyde · 02/09/2012 15:48

Right I'm going over to have a look......

mankyscotslass · 02/09/2012 10:23

Not a good week for me - I have two playing today, but that's it.

GlaikitFizzog · 02/09/2012 08:49

Actually I've just notices I e climbed the table!!

Jac it might not be that bad!

GlaikitFizzog · 02/09/2012 08:47

Pretty dismal days for me yesterday. Swapped out Vorm for hart at the last. Knute, so that was a win at least. Sinclair did't play which is annoying! But long got a goal.

Valencia up today, fingers crossed for him!

JaquelineHyde · 01/09/2012 18:30

Buggery I didn't get time to sort my team out before today and have two chelsea players in the field. I don't even want to log in and see how far I have fallen!

chocolateshoes · 01/09/2012 16:22

grrrrr VdV has transferred so now he scores 0 and I'll have to tranfer him next week. Am having such a rubbish start to the season.

Ha - I did my wild card after 2 weeks of utter direness and bought 2 Chlsea players before I realised they are not playing in the League this week! Bah humbug.

Ho ho Chelsea down 4-0 :o

mankyscotslass · 31/08/2012 19:59

DB is in denial and won't talk about Rangers at all!

I think Rangers will struggle to adjust this season, but they should start the long climb back up the divisions.

Nerves in the Manky house tonight ahead of tomorrows game. QPR at 17.30 DH says he can't cope with another match like the last one with them - not good for his heart.

Come on City, confirm the Garcia move...

GlaikitFizzog · 31/08/2012 18:38

How is he coping with that then? Has he had to call the helpline yet?? They are playi g the dizzying heights of Elgin tomorrow. I actually know guys who play for them!

mankyscotslass · 31/08/2012 18:27

My brother is the biggest Rangers fan out - makes for interesting times at mums!

Don't like Spurs though.

GlaikitFizzog · 31/08/2012 18:22

Yep Liverpool, I also have a hatred of Chelsea!

At least you are on the right side of Glasgow! Although I don't think very highly of Neil Lennon, most of my family are Celtic fans.

mankyscotslass · 31/08/2012 18:17

My original team is Celtic - I am a blue by adoption.

The theory in Glasgow is that as a Celtic fan i should be a United fan - but it hasn't worked out like that, and I am considered a bit of an oddity at home.

I'm sure we can find some mutual territory. Liverpool?
