I've been watching those oh so healthy looking people, so fit and happy, and have decided enough is enough and i need some of that in my life.

I ran my first run today. 1 mile in 12 minutes. I thought i was dying but i plodded on and managed to do it without stopping.

I used to love sport but have become so unhealthy and unfit since having children.

Whatever your choice of sport, can we have a little quiche of our own?

Good on you for making a change! Don't worry about the time just yet, just keep on doing it you'll be fitter before you know it.

I'm in, have had on and off exercise for the last 4 years due to health reasons so need to get back into it properly as I'm feeling a right unfit coo.

Well done! I've been inspired to join Slimming World and lose some of this podge.

I'm way too overweight to think of running - yet :)

I just posted on your other thread about downloading couch25k app

Have done it before and loved it..,, got addicted to running. But a house move has meant I have stopes now, so need to pick it up soon. Definitely inspired
