peach you have set the bar high for a speedy labour - DP and I were just saying that we'll be really annoyed if this one is slow - 4.5 hours last time, so we'll be looking at our garmins watches and tutting at about 3.5 hours...

4am and we are back home with baby Kate! Got to hospital at 11.50, got into delivery suite, grabbed some gas and air, midwife got my boots and trousers off, I got on the bed on all fours and she was out in 2 pushes at 12.04. Feel great!

Will be back in the morning!!!

I only take issue with people who make personal attacks or gang up on the weak or the somehow different

Can I ask this question seriously...?! Grin. Am I a bad influence on here? I'm crude, I know that but does it make anyone feel uncomfortable? The reason I ask this is that I was thinking before how much more genteel this thread was before I landed on it and kind of think I need to wind me neck in a bit. Blush
