I am endeding my marriage and moveing out off the marital house as all we ever do is fight all the time my question is should i tell my husband before I move out, or after I move out, and what would I be entitled mother we have got 4 children

Both your earnings
the total assets available
the needs of both parties
length of marriage
welfare and needs of minor children

you’ll be entitled to a legal fair share - which could be 50% or could be more or less than that

is the marital house owned or rented? Where do you plan to go? Can you afford to rent separate to the marital house

It will also depend on your jurisdiction eg England vs Scotland
