My point is why does it matter that Disraeli was Jewish. So what. Why does it matter? At the protest outside the UN General Assembly conference when Netanyahu spoke, the majority of protesters were Jewish. What does that tell you. I'm not sure whether you understand the concept of per capita not being always being an accurate metric. There is book I can recommend which might explain it. What the hell does it matter whether a prime minister was Jewish or not. Why is that even relevant.

I know what per capita means and I'll look at whoever I like, thank you. And you seem to be the one doing the manipulating, with the scenario you have decided is the most 'relevant'. A per capita based analysis is a perfectly standard one and often considered to be more accurate when doing comparisons. But as with any statistic it depends what you are trying to understand.
But its good to know that you don't think the huge per capita gap between attacks on Muslims and Jews is 'relevant'.

Okay, the beauty of statistics is that they can be manipulated to fit an agenda very easily. As Mark Twain said, there are three kinds of lies. There are lies, damn lies and then there are statistics. In this scenario you need to look at the bigots not the victims. If an antisemite and an islamaphobe both attack 5 people each in a day, by a per capita metric, it is worse for Jewish people. If two Islamphobes attack 10 people, per capita, that is still worse for Jewish people. The thing is, that is twice as many people attacking Muslims than are attacking Jewish people.
