Does this mean people will no longer be arrested for holding up a sign saying “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action”?

"Terrorism is generally defined as the unlawful use or threat of violence, serious property damage, or disruption of electronic systems, intended to influence a government, intimidate the public, and advance a political, religious, or ideological cause."

Sounds like PA fit the definition pretty well to me.

So you think fighting for any foreign army in any conflict should be an explicit crime? Even for dual nationals who are subject to conscription?

Also you said you want 2000 British-Israeli nationals to be arrested. But I doubt all or even mostnof them have come back to the UK since.

So Palestine Action has "carried out acts of terrorism, celebrated those who have taken part in those acts and promoted the use of violence" but this isn't enough for them to be declared a terrorist group because there were only a few acts of terrorism.

Conclusion: We should allow them to do more terrorism.

All of the soldiers we sent to Afghanistan? Iraq? You want to question all of them in case they've commited a crime? Or just Jewish ones? Who do you think should be questioning them? Military or civil courts? Perhaps you'd like them to face a panel of mumsnetters?

Do you think our government should be investigating possible Russian war criminals? Ukranian war criminals? Sudanese? Why should our government be investigating crimes taking place outside of its jurisdiction? Which person do you believe is a war criminal? Or do you think anyone who fights in the IDF should automatically be investigated? By whom? What evidence are you bringing? Or is it just that you have a blanket hatred for the IDF, individuals be damned. Shall we just try all of them?

There is no such thing as an IDF citizen. What a ridiculous thing to say. This whole post is nonsense. Genocide has not been admitted by the government and even they had said they thought Israel had committed genocide that would not give them the right to arrest people and you would arrest every soldier in the IDF anyway. The government has explicitly said that it has not concluded that Israel is committing genocide.
