I can almost feel the glee in people's voices leaping off the page.

No, of course they shouldn't be rounding up an executing anyone. Let's not pretend that this wasn't anticipated and encouraged.

Trump has specifically said Hamas can keep their weapons for now and try to get order over the gangs. Re the killings, he's 'not too bothered about that', because they killed 'bad people'. He verges on praise for them for it, certainly no criticism.

Meanwhile, the gangs that Hamas is targeting (which again they've got the green light to do from Trump!) are literally funded and is armed by Israel.

Opposing militias are being encouraged, sometimes funded, and Israel sits back and watches the inevitable carnage. Unity is a Palestinian people, even unity within Gaza, is a huge risk for Israel right now because it furthers the likelihood of two-state solution. That's why the one individual who might unite the Palestinians is still stuck in prison, and why Israel tend to blind eye to an even encouraged Hamas in the past.

Unfortunately Hamas and the gangs are playing right into their puppet Masters plan, driven on by hate, rather than looking at a bigger picture, as to why Israel and its closest ally are encouraging both sides.

How indeed. They can’t really and who would go in to rebuild with Hamas in control?

I am pessimistic about the whole situation. Hamas are an intractable problem. They need to go but the Palestinians either don’t want them to go or do want them to go but can’t make them. How do the international players in this situation get rid of them?

I really dont think they will. Many deluded believe them to be freedom fighters, even though they are clearly now slaughtering fellow Palestinians on the streets for opposition of their ideas. Typical islamist extremists, although these get claps and cheers from many gullible idiots. They even get songs praising their intifada actions

Seems like Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of one of the Hamas founders, who risked his life working with Israel to try to prevent terrorist attacks, shouldn’t have been dismissed by pro-Palestinians after all,

He saw knows them better than most having grown up within what he calls a ‘death cult’.

Extremely chilling to see to see the gleeful crowds holding up phones to film the cold blooded murders of their own people who may simply have been supportive of living in peace.
