All Hamas' victims were civilians too. And?

They retaliated against civilians - schools, hospitals, doctor’s houses, ambulances, apartment blocks. These are not military targets. 30,000 out of over 2million people were members of Hamas, that is 1.5% of the population and yet 92% of homes are destroyed. Snipers shooting toddlers in the head is not retaliation, it is murder.

The second the IDF bombed civilians - day one! Palestinians aren’t “one side” they are not responsible for what Hamas did or do you think it would be okay for Israeli civilians to now be bombed for the countless war crimes committed by the IDF? There is a reason why bombing civilians and collective punishment are classes as war crimes.

A major incident has been declared after a stabbing attack outside a synagogue in north Manchester today. Four people have been left injured.
Armed police raced to the scene on Middleton Road in the Crumpsall area this morning along with paramedics.
The area was closed between Wilton Road and Crumpsall Lane, with a huge emergency services presence in attendance. Officers later shot the male suspect at the scene at around 9.38am. His condition is not known.

See, this is it. Various factions cannot let go of the past, continuing on hundreds of years of wrongs, all because of things that people who are long-dead did, and they spill blood today in the name of those old wrongs and in the battle for territory. It's a similar story with the history of Ireland/Northern Ireland.

Of course, everyone could decide to forget about the past and decide to share the land. But I'm coming to realise that that's never going to happen because human beings just love to fight. That's what it comes down to. We are the third chimpanzees (see Jared Steel) and boy, does it show. Chimps are the most violent and aggressive primate, known for mutilation, and have been known to organise raids and use weapons. Sound familiar?

Some churches now support gay marriage in the UK and many that don't will still bless same sex couples.

Putting religion aside, Africa is in general not a great place to be gay.
