Oh I understand the difference between a nation state and government policy they're different things but intertwined through the constitution, obviously the government gets its authority to create policy from the people and the Constitution. So is there evidence of antisemitic government policy in Ireland?

So @SharonEllis you seem to be contradicting the statement you made to me yesterday:
I have never said that 'the Irish' and 'the Irish state' are antisemitic.

You do think the Irish state is antisemitic? I'm also keen to see the antisemitic government policies you refer to so I can question my elected reps about them.

'The state' is not = 'government policy' so no contradiction.

The desire to end the institution of apartheid, and give full civilrights to the black majority as I recall. I was very active in the Anti-Apartheid movement.

Those examples are rather a long time ago. What about now? Can you show us how Ireland is leading the way in criticising or sanctioning Russia, China, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, DRC, CAR, Nigeria or any other countries other than Israel?

I've been saying all along in this that one of the biggest problems in this conflict is Israels inability to do any self reflection at all. Why are these countries all calling us out? I have never written off persecution of Christians anywhere. I don't only care about it when perpetrated by Israelis.

Nobody is denying that a minority of Irish people are anti-semitic, but the vast majority are not. Neither do they support what Israel is doing though, and so the accusations keep coming.

I am not rehearsing YET AGAIN how not all crticism of Israel is antisemitic (yes we know, Israelis criticise the Israeli government all the time), but some criticism of Israel IS motivated by antisemitism.
