God bless them all - poor darlings. I expect they'll go straight to hospital and then into therapy. The families have been tortured too and I hope they are getting lots of support.

Thinking of the hostages and those who are waiting for them. May they all, living and dead, be back in Israel very soon. My heart goes out to those who will not be able to welcome a living hostage. So, so hoping that the long and agonising wait will be over for everyone before many more days are over.

I know if it was my child starving down there I couldn’t eat either. We cannot imagine the torment of those families. Please gd bring them home fast.

Two long years. May the hostages all be home soon. Thinking of them and those who are missing them. Also of the people murdered and everyone whose life was shattered irredeemably in the attacks on that awful day.

In particular I wish to every woman whose life was destroyed by Hamas the strength to endure and build another life.
