50 Jewish children kicked off plane, female supervisor allegedly beaten to the ground and handcuffed!

Another shocking act of global antisemitism.

50 French Jewish kids aged 10-15 apparently attended a summer camp in Spain.

On the flight back to France, before takeoff while plane still on tarmac, they were accused of being rowdy and singing ‘Death to Arabs’ in Hebrew (no evidence they were saying that). Police were called, they were told to get off and their 21 year old female supervisor ended up being beaten to the ground and forcibly handcuffed.

According to witnesses on the plane, the children stopped singing when asked and were well behaved, and nothing was amiss. The crew made a tannoy announcement that there were security concerns and police entered the plane and told the kids to get off. The female supervisor was ordered to make the kids hand over their phones so footage of them being removed from the plane could be deleted and she was beaten to the ground and handcuffed when she refused. The Captain allegedly said Israel was a terrorist state.

She later had to sign an NDA to be released.

The Captain has been identified as being a flying instructor for two of the 9/11 plane hijackers.

WTAF!

Another shocking act of global antisemitism.

OP how did you reach this conclusion?

Custardanddreams · 26/07/2025 12:55

notimagain · 26/07/2025 12:50

Agreed.

Obviously Vuelling are going to back their crew to the hilt, but offloading the whole group when possibly (and we don't simply fon't know the details) only a portion were missbehaving is going to raise eyebrows..

Crewmembers have a lot of power but "I did it for safety reasons" doesn't always wash or even stand up legally....

We maybe will see.....

Raise eyebrows? Fair enough if you think so.

The OP posted in haste it was purely based on anti-semitism. I still can't see how they came to that conclusion and so quickly too.

MyDearEagle · 26/07/2025 12:53

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 12:48

So why raise it on here?

Probably because its an antisemetic lie that seems to be spreading like wildfire on social media, despite the complete lack of evidence - hence the OP pointing that out...

Yes, you're made to feel guilty by not sharing their views. That's just before the personal attacks and pile ons.

Where did OP claim they were singing “death to Arabs”?
What she said was:

“they were accused of being rowdy and singing ‘Death to Arabs’ in Hebrew (no evidence they were saying that)”

Why are you twisting her statement like that?

As for the camp director, she said twice in her OP that she was beaten to the ground and handcuffed, not that she was beaten up.
The Telegraph link (as well as several other sources) shows a clip of a person lying face down on the ground while being handcuffed, so I assume that’s what OP’s referring to. “Manhandled to the ground” might have been a better choice of word, but apart from that I don’t see what the issue with her statement is?

Where did OP claim they were singing “death to Arabs”?
I'll retract that apologies I thought she said they were singing it not allegedly

“Manhandled to the ground” might have been a better choice of word
Definitely, being beaten to the ground has very different connotations.

a clip of a person lying face down on the ground while being handcuffed,
Which is pretty standard police practice. Being beaten suggests something very different

sashh · 26/07/2025 12:52

All of those posters who have expressed outrage that one adult was in charge of 50 children. Are you now going to accept you were wrong? Is it possible that you may have been wrong on other things?

I am not wrong, you need more than one young woman to escort a group of teens. On school trips you have to have 1 adult to 10 children, for Scout camps it is 1 adult for every 12 children.

47 or 50 children (I have seen both quoted) need at least 4 adults accompanying them.

Everything else I will wait until things are clearer because I just don't know.

MyDearEagle · 26/07/2025 12:52

ComeAsYouAreAsAFriend · 26/07/2025 12:44

I questioned whether the police beat up the supervisor. If they were arrested I've no doubt they were handcuffed which is pretty standard practice. As I said an allegation that the supervisor was beaten up is pretty serious and there's no evidence for it but you agreed with the poster on it.
Maybe just be a bit more thorough with the posts you are agreeing with if you want to call out others for spreading lies.

I usually give no ducks to your posts but this time you got a one, a ducklink, to support the anecdote.
I think you think you're a lot more clever than you actually are, your "humorous" anecdotes fail to deliver

There is a 2 minute interview, in the OP, where one of the children describes the police hitting the supervisor in the leg, so that she fell to the ground, then pinning her, hancuffing her and continuing to "beat" her.

Its mostly in the French language press so far, but you can run through translate. 'Damien" has spoken to a few outlets, it seems, but this was the most detailed account I could find:

https://www.europe1.fr/societe/expulsion-des-enfants-francais-de-confession-juive-du-vol-vueling-ils-etaient-tres-calmes-revele-un-passager-temoin-765215

Club Kineret's legal counsel claim to have several supportive witness statements from other passengers already (statement published on their Instagram - again, in French). Of course, they might not - but it'd be a pretty bold claim for a senior lawyer (as she seems to be) to make so quickly and publicly if it wasnt at least somewhat truthful.

Thanks for sharing that. Very interesting.

Why repeat the unsubstantiated claim on the singing?
A lie sure does spread fast on SM

So, there is now categorical proof that the singing is indeed a lie?

Back to this. Can people say whatever they like about you and if you can’t disprove it that’s fine, anything goes

It seems that the group as a whole were being antisocial louts, tampering with safety equipment. That warranted their removal from the flight.

If they also were chanting 'death to arabs' then that makes them racist antisocial louts.

Whether they were chanting or not, they deserved being ejected. Their ethnicity and religion doesn't come into it.

I’m not on X ? Never pushed it in my life? Only information I have is from your original post.

notimagain · 26/07/2025 12:30

More than one staff member would have had to feel they were acting dangerously in order to escalate it to the pilot and then the pilot call in enforcements.

At many airlines any single crew member can escalate problems to the pilots ..it's usually then a team decision about reinforcements.

TBH based on being involved in stuff like this in the past (though not on this scale) and solely on the partial info we have my spidey senses are telling me there's something a bit "off" about the whole story.

MyDearEagle · 26/07/2025 12:29

Hodgemollar · 26/07/2025 12:16

Can you point to this being included in any credible reporting? OP only seems to be sharing half anonymous reports from X…

Its a large operation to embark 50 passengers from a plane, the plane loses its flight spot, the airline faces fines for the delays etc
It seems quite unlikely they would just decide to have the police remove these passengers from the plane for absolutely no reason.

One of the issues here is it seems pretty radical to offload the whole group..

With 7 (French reports) accompanying adults IMO a grip could gave been gotten pretty quickly by off loading a selected group of trouble makers, plus adult, "pour encourager les autres"...

The footage of the young woman being handcuffed on the ground, after allegedly being hit in the leg to get her on the ground, is pretty radical too especially as she wasn’t accused of being drunk or disorderly.
