I'm an Orthodox Christian. It has just occurred to me that we might lose all of our sacred places in the Holy Land if this hostility by israel continues.

Shocking disgusting behavior. Especially when you think of the late Pope calling the parish church in Gaza every night such was the link with Christianity and the area.
I wonder will this change the mindset of fundamental Christians in the US who are very pro Israel.

It's been going on for a few years now in Jerusalem, churches, businesses. There's been coverage by the BBC and other media. They are extremists apparently.

I can’t see why either. I suspect they’ve either made a mistake or someone has reported it. Doesn’t explain what guidelines you have broke though.

I don't think they like anyone casting aspersions. I once had a post deleted because I did this.

It's an awful situation. Just dreadful. I really wish countries would have taken the ICJs ruling seriously and taken the action that they recommended. There has been a huge escalation of settler violence in recent years, it must be terrifying and exhausting for their victims to have to either leave their homes for good or be forced to live with constant threat.

I can't imagine living under that level of threat. I don't know where the displaced end up living. I'll have to look into it. I've mainly been learning about Gaza.

The illegal Jewish settlers are expanding their land under protection of the Israeli Army with increasing violence. The land that is entirely made up of the only Christian Palestine village. And the end of June, 4 Palestinians were murdered due to resisting the take over.

Sadly it doesn't surprise me, settlers are a vile bunch, emboldened by a vile Israeli Government who encourage them. If you arent Jewish you probably aren't safe there now. So sad.
