Protesters in London - stop bombing Iran?????

The Iranian and Israeli regimes have both done appalling things and I would love to see them both fall but I think a war between them is most likely just to result in further suffering and possibly strengthening them both against the external enemy.

I am admittedly not great on technology but I listened to a discussion today that similarly to many Russian based bots pushing forward the Brexit agenda and various conspiracy theories, similar is happening with bots pushing a pro-Netanyahu agenda.
Certainly the Iran activities are keeping Gaza and the escalation of displacement of Palestinian people in the illegally occupied West Bank off the headlines.

Here we go again. Part of the script. We’re not allowed to protest unless we take part in other protests too ( which incidentally some of us do). And by the way, this march was planned before this Iranian situation. We march to demand an end to the fucking genocide. And also FYI it has nothing to do with religion. I am a Christian Palestinian with family origins in Haifa and Nazareth.

I imagine for the bulk of Iranians it will boil down to something very simple eg my grandparents/ family live there they can’t evacuate I don’t want them to die or get injured via a bomb.

No. Anyone who thinks opposing military action is the same as supporting Khamenei is a malicious fool.

War is a terrible thing. It kills innocent people and in this case risks serious escalation, including to nuclear war. It should only be engaged in as a last resort and if there is a reasonable chance of success (that's not modern international law, that's several thousand years of just war theory). This war will not bring Israel security, it will just kill lots of people who should have lived.

I'm opposed to all repressive dictatorships, that does not justify killing their victims.
