To think someone has got to stop the mass killings in Gaza

You said that people who defend Israel should face mass killings and genocide. Which is why it was deleted.

They were paid off by their own government to move out of occupied lands. They were given between $150000 and $400000 to move back to Israel. Considering you are comparing this with what Israel are doing to Palestinians are you under the impression that Israel are paying Palestinians hundreds of thousands of dollars when they forcibly move them? Or what exactly was your point in comparing violent evictions from your homeland with being paid to go back to your homeland?

Israeli's were forcibly evicted from Gaza in 2005. In the hope of peace. Which hasn't happened. The extreme Islamist force has hit hard there. It needs to be defeated before there can be any positive changes.

So what do you call driving people out of their homeland and annexing it like Israel are doing in the West Bank and Gaza?

If Israelis were being forced out of their homes in Israel and being told they would be allowed to return what would you call it?

Would you settle for attempted ethnic cleansing? Is that a better way to phrase it?

Absolutely Hamas have committed some horrendous atrocities on civilians and deserve their fate.

However I presume you have the same feelings for the IDF soldiers who have also carried out the most horrendous atrocities also.on civilians in the past 18 months. Children snipered in the head. Children who have lost limbs at they were shot at as they ran from a helicopter, 80 year old man used as a human shield and soldiers preventing an ambulance attending a 12 year old they had shot in the back.

Because if you have a problem with evil actions you surely have a problem with both sides.

And yes I realise Israel restarted the war when they refused to move onto phase 2 of the ceasefire which would have meant that the hostages were safe with their families weeks ago and Israel would have gone back to just killing Palestinians here and there rather than on the mass scale they have been doing. They wouldn't have been able to seize land in Gaza though so....

Neither. It's a war. People die in wars, that's unfortunate but inevitable. And remember who started it.

Helping how? They don’t care about Gaza and do not want Hamas in their countries. They absolutely will not participate in any war on behalf of Gaza (unless we’re talking Lebanon which is already effectively at war). And they very definitely don’t want to accept any Palestinians into their countries as they would inevitably cause violence and tension wherever they go. And no, I’m not in the slightest saying that all Palestinians are terrorists, but it would be almost impossible to relocate a sizeable proportion of the population without including a large number of militants and Hamas soldiers / supporters.

It’s a horrible situation, both Hamas and Netanyahu are setting impossible conditions, and no other countries are going to intervene. I can’t see any outcome other than Israel occupying Gaza and getting tied up in a decades long gorilla war. I really despair for the innocents and young children there 😢

I recommend people watch the documentary Israel and the Palestinians: The Road to 7th October. It's even handed with a range of interviewees from all sides (largely men though which is telling) and shows that resolving the situation isn't just as uncomplicated as one side or the other somehow seeing sense. Hamas profit financially from keeping the conflict going, and Netanyahu benefits in ways which are obvious. It's three hours but in three parts and well worth investing the time if you want to gain greater understanding.
