Last functioning hospital in Northern Gaza is stormed by the IDF

If it wasn't already clear that Israel is carrying out ethnic cleansing in the north of Gaza, then this is the final straw.

IDF soldiers have posted countless videos mocking at the destruction they have caused in the north. The north of Gaza has suffered massacre after massacre at the hands of Israel and after repeatedly targeting the Kamal Adwan hospital, they have now forced them to evacuate after bombing and killing several medics.

I can't believe that they're doing this. It's just beyond comprehension. I don't recall such savage attacks on healthcare systems in a conflict before.

And it’s all totally against international law and the Geneva convention I would imagine. But Netanyahu and his band of merry men consider themselves above all of that.

I'm sure we could help and probably should, just as we would with anyone in need. however, wouldn't it make more sense for one of Gaza's neighbours to help, from a practical and logistical standpoint? Egypt for example?
I know they have a border 'fence' with Gaza that would put anything Trump could even dream of, to shame. But surely they could help their fellow Arabs / Muslims with medical care for children? Just this once?

The IDF have also claimed that the hospital was a Hamas commander centre without any proof to back that up. Many units in the Kamal Adwan hospital have been burnt after the raid.

I hope so too. He didn't abandon his staff or patients even though it was clear that the IDF would do this. He stayed till the very end.

The main obstacle is Israel refusing to allow these very ill and maimed children (many of whom were injured and maimed by Israel) to leave. It's disgusting and barbaric.

Majority of the children that were allowed out of Gaza for medical evacuations (after much pressure on Israel to let them leave) were taken in by Arab neighbouring countries.
They are willing to take in many more but Israel routinely blocks even children with multiple amputations from leaving.

I don't think the UK has accepted any children for hospital treatment yet, unlike other countries. Given that they cannot be treated in Gaza due to the destruction of health care, this seems like the minimum the UK could do, and I hope the MPs proposing this have success in saving some children, as was done for Ukranian children.

So the people there have to either flee under fire or killed by air strikes. If they are injured, there are no more hospitals left there to get any sort of treatment. If you are still not convinced that you are witnessing the ethnic cleansing in the north of Gaza then this can only mean you are choosing to be blind to it.

Agreed, the argument that Hamas was operating in the hospital does not wash, where are the alternative field hospitals to cater for the medical needs of the civilians your bombing? Where is the access for humanitarian medical staff so they can set up alternatives? Why do they think they can bomb the last hospital in the region and not provide or facilitate any alternative? Can you imagine the fear of knowing if anything happened you there would be no medical facilities or staff to help you.

According to this testimony of one of the patients at the hospital, all patients and displaced were forced to strip to their underwear, then marked with a number on their bodies before made to walk to the checkpoints in the freezing cold where they were further humiliated and made to wait for hours.

Yet there's very little coverage in the press. Al Jazeera reports: .'
