State of Rage - utterly depressing. Channel 4

Interesting choice of one of the most radical populations in Israel society.

For a little perspective, an article in the NY Times about someone else whose mother was murdered and presumably HIS children would not be of so much interest to the film makers despite the absolutely brutal murder of their beloved grandmother.

I just watched it after seeing this thread. Terrifying. The sense ownership the young Israelis feel over Palestine, the sense of duty the young Palestinians feel to protect their homes at any cost. It gives a very bleak impression of what the future will hold.

I'll watch it but it was a given wasn't it.

I totally understand isreal defending itself etc after last years atrocity but I also felt what if it went the other way. They had the moral high ground at that point, to dump leaflets, support elections to get rid of hammas and instead of fighting go into ring fence elections and keep people safe, offer hope.
I believe at that time many people form gaza where crossing into isreal to work and more integration was happening.
Oh well obviously that's more than a pipe dream now.
