With specific reference to Ben-Gvir…..

Perhaps they should listen to him! Thank god in our own country, we now have a government that isn’t in danger of legitimising and weaponising such divisive hatred.

There must surely be a minimu of a pause to allow polio vaccinations. How terrible to see a resurgence of an illness so easily preventable by vaccination.

I appreciate Noa clarifying the statements that were deliberately taken out of context by the media, it's extremely brave. I can't imagine how using her story for propaganda is meant to help her mental health or the other hostages being held.

I saw prominent pro Israeli accounts amplifying the out of context video. It's like despite saying that they care about hostages they're willing to do anything regardless on how those actions impact innocent people.

What Noa and the other victims of October 7th went through is horrendous enough; it doesn't need to be misrepresented by people in the media or politicians for their own agendas, and doing so, I feel, is very disrespectful to the people who suffered most on that terrible day.

Just came across this about how the media misled people into thinking that Noa was beaten by Hamas.

The following screenshots were taken from her Instagram account.

And no, I am not saying Hamas must be good if they didn't beat Noa, incase my words are taken out of context. Just sharing to highlight how media can mislead people.

People prefer not to think about the reality of death. For many people, death is a nicely sanitised thing with white sheets, preservatives, caskets and perfumes. They don't think about the other side of death, where people have to pick up bits of meat from the ground and try to work out whose body it might be.

What do these morons think happens to tiny child bodies when you bomb them? They die nice and peacefully and their bodies remain unscathed?

I opened twitter and it was the first thing I seen. I dropped my phone. These people will pay for what they have done. If not in this life then in the next.

Even with video evidence, eyewitness accounts and admissions of "yes, this happened", people still choose to deny things.

Exactly, I can't say what I would call those types of people.
A Palestinian said that they learned the hard way to record everything that happens to them, as without video evidence too many people deny the atrocities.

I héard that earlier, Unwra said the school was also being used as a medical facility. We all know at this stage how Israel feels about medical care in Gaza.

I see they've bombed another school. UNWRA saying children were burned to death.

And RTÉ news reported today that 50 people have been killed in the last 24 hours, presumably figures from the Palestinian authorities.

It's so sad to see any government behaving like this - the hostages and their families need to be a priority, but seem to have been reduced to an afterthought in the eyes of the very government that should be pulling out all the stops to get them home.
