Really? Well I guess that the whole population of Gaza, not being anything other than a pile of ashes, might be evidence. Are there people still standing? I believe so. More hyperbole.

I am well aware of the legal meaning and its origins.

Israel is guilty of genocide, so I'm happy for my "book" to be redundant in this case.

No, we were discussing this exact incident and you were explaining why this one is OK but it would not be OK in England. But you confused Gaza and the West Bank.

So why is this incident OK? You never gave a proper explanation.

The comment you replied to and for which @ConnieCounter and I have replied to you was clearly talking about this incident. Youre the one who has talked about Gaza and hamas and that well this is what happens when you attack another country.

edit. I want to add that this wouldn’t even be ok in Gaza for me. What happened in 7-10 doesn’t justify anything of what is happening in Gaza nowadays. 7-10 should have never happened. What has happened (before) and after 7-10 shouldn’t have happened either

Where what has happened? If you’re querying my statement about the kidnap, torture and rape of Israelis on 7th October, then you need to study the media reports from the time, along with Hamas’s own admission. I’ve never said that all Palestinians are terrorists, but a lot of them certainly enable Hamas, and need to accept that by doing so, they are prolonging the war.
