Suited what narrative? The only narrative I can think of there is that Hamas weren't attacking Israel because of a hatred of Jews, they were doing it because of the occupation? Is that the narrative you are talking about?

I'm not sure why an awful terrorist attack is being compared to one country sanctioning another in the first place. Do you think what the Maldives are doing is in any way comparable?

It's a ban on Israeli passport holders, not a religious ban. Some people just feel comfortable erasing Israelis that aren't Jewish and conflating Israeli with Jewish when it suits their narrative.

PLus 606 Arab Muslims joined the IDF in 2020.
