No one is condoning the Hamas attack fgs but many of us can manage to show empathy and sorrow for both peoples. I personally don't pick and choose what innocent civilians I have empathy and care for. None of them deserve what is happening to them and I fail to see how more death and destruction of innocent lives will help the Israeli victims in any way.

You will recall the the Israeli lady naked in the back of a pick-up Hamas truck lying dead with gunmen from Hamas sitting on her body and as they went through their stronghold even their children spat on this lady and hit her with sticks.

There are no safe zones.

I know people who evacuated to a safe zone. It was then bombed.

The 'humanitarian area' does not have the resources to support a massive influx of displaced civilians, many of whom have complex health needs.

It has some tents. Does it have a functioning hospital? Does it have sanitation? Does it have food and water? If the answer to those questions is no, then all it is, is a place for people to continue to suffer and die, just in a slightly less inconvenient place for other people.
