I wonder if the left-wing man she interviewed, who sympathises with Palestinians and considers they live under apartheid, would consider Jewish Voice for Peace to be ‘sugar -coasters’, or would they be in agreement with him?

I was thinking of them as examples of alternative voices. They seemed impressive and brave to me in how they were standing up to settlers who were sabotaging the aid trucks.

I don't know.

We do know that they torture detainees including sexual torture so whether this latest allegation is true or not it doesn't change that they use torture against detainees, many of whom are innocent civilians.

This is so horrible, but is it possible? I have always had dogs, and don’t quite know how a dog would just do this if they had not been trained specifically. But if the IDF have (abused) rapist dogs wouldn’t we have heard more of it?

If his account is true it is abuse far beyond anything I and many could even have imagined. I guess, if there was any doubt, it confirms how Palestinians are viewed and treated, as animals. I would seriously question the mental state of anyone that would do this to another human being, absolute monsters.

I think that is an absurd argument anyway re Hamas doing it. Imagine if there was a hostage situation in Britain and the hostage takers tried to use hostages as human shields? Does anyone in their right minds think the British police would open fire? Of course not.

What is being said is the equivalent of saying I commit war crimes because you make me do it. Now who else says they are violent to someone because that person made them angry...... oh that is right, people who are considered abusive.

team were able to work out the number and speed of bullets from background noise of shooting during the telephone call. They said that was only possible from a certain type of gun the IDF but not Hamas are using.
