The numbers speak, this was never about Hamas. This was and is about Palestinians.

You can just stop derailing. That would solve it.

Imagine living in a country that has banned reporters from the place where it is conducting a war, then being the sort of person who is willing, without question, to be told by that country whatever it wants you to hear.

Luckily many Israelis themselves are not so gullible and, for now - but for how much longer? - they have a democracy.

I think it's best we ignore those who derail, attempts to find offence where there is none and whose only aim is to stir up trouble.

Constant derailment on threads where the Daily Mail is quoted so expect the same when Al Jazeerah is.

You can't have it both ways...

Also to add I don't see the issue with posting from there though, regardless of whether I read it or not.
Hopefully it does stop the constant derailment.

If I'm honest I don't even really read Al Jazeera. It was the callousness of the response towards the hurt and dead Palestinians that really riled me up.
A little empathy can go a long way.

Will we ever be able to post Al Jazeera links again without this derailment? It's so tedious.

There are some questions they won't answer because they can't without putting them in bad lighting.

It doesn't matter who reported it. The fact is that Israel shelled a market and killed 17 people.

The journalist was not employed by Al Jazeera and im sure this has been mentioned a few times now.

In a statement, Al Jazeera said: “Abdullah Al-Jamal has never worked with the network, but had contributed to an op-ed in 2019.
