Lawyer Blinne Ni Ghralaigh main point:infrastructure is destroyed and there are mass graves, carry on with Rafah plans and the same actions will be repeated.
She said that the IDF deems evacuated areas as “extermination zones,” where soldiers are ordered to kill any remaining people.

Israel will present its side tomorrow.

Regardless of the judgement Israel will carry on with its actions. So not sure why they are even there to present an argument. Even if the court says this is a genocide Israel will carry on. The USA and the UK will say something along the lines of “yeah but …..no but…..” and enable Israel’s actions.

I didn't say that this particular video was presented today at the ICJ, so I don't know where you got that from?
The SA did present other videos.

I do know some OSINT accounts that check these type of videos, Telegram is full of them as you are allowed to publish them uncensored. There are groups focused on doing that, with video uploaded by soldiers and video recovered from soldiers.

If it is IDF bodycam footage how is it in the hands of civilians?

And when was this submitted to the court?

I watched the whole hearing and saw no such evidence presented.

It's been proven to be in Gaza and can more than likely be pin-pointed exactly where in the territory

Images are from IDF drone footage and IDF soldier bodycams which will be time and date stamped and can be geo-located

None of the men appear armed - not carrying automatic weapons or any larger weaponry

Yes, in the hearing today at the ICJ South Africa presented videos uploaded by IDF soldiers to their Social Media where the soldiers filmed themselves committing acts that could show genocidal intent/actions.

There are Telegram groups who are monitoring Social Media for similar videos, verifying them and then archiving content.

It appears to be a legitimate account - this reporters work has been used as evidence by SA legal team at the ICJ

No idea who that is, whether armed or not, could be anywhere or any date and anyone. The trouble with randem tweets from x there is no checking anything. So many tweeted and share that don't really establish anything 🤔

People are dying and random videos which are impossible to make out are a bit pointless really.

Let’s not be surprised if Gallant ends up with a mysterious illness and dies or is openly assassinated for going against the views of this fascist evil Israeli government
