The images are pretty clear. It's possible for those cameras to zoom in close enough to be reasonably confident in a person's status as not being an active combatant.

Exactly. Few weeks ago something similar happened. 2 people were killed whilst they were pushing their bikes cuz idf thought it was weapon. What is idfs excuse now

An Israeli army drone pursued four civilian youths who attempted to reach their destroyed homes and killed them with missiles in Khan Younis at the start of last February.

This Israeli drone was taken down by Hamas, and they released the footage to Aljazeera. The footage wasn't released by the IDF.

Thanks for the info @Efacsen do you know who this vessel belongs to ? Hadn’t seen about open arms being broken in the Spanish news / Twitter. Hopefully not too badly and can easily fix it.

It's the barge that's dragged behind the Open Arms that is damaged not the Open Arms itself

Just a little bit more on the Open Arms and progress on the maritime aid route from Cyprus

It's back in Larnaca and the barge is being repaired after getting damaged - it can only travel at 5 mph and can only travel in calm seas

The new vessel The Jennifer with another 300 tonnes of food, essential medication and 2 cranes is being loaded at present but is being held up by the weather and issues with the barge - hopefully will leave early next week when weather improves

The number of trucks going into Gaza has quietly dropped from the high of 235 to around 146 - one day it was only 74

I am French. I am going to translate. Please be aware that he is taking pleasure in humiliating these men and is using foul language.
He starts by saying " Look at these sons of a bitches, these fuckers. Yeah, drop him on the stones ( the man is bare feet). He then mocks him by saying " Look he pissed himself, the fucker".
The camera then focuses on the group of men in the lorry. He then says " Look at his back. We tortured him to make him speak".

He then addresses the men and says " You whores, are you happy now about 07/10?"
I am ashamed that this man is French. He is a monster and no compatriot of mine. I will report this video to the French authorities. I hope that, one day, he is tried and sentenced accordingly.
I am now going to swear at him, in French, because I need to. Please, forgive me.

Good riddance to Elyon Levy, I have no respect for a man willing to do the devils dirty work.

I am surprised that he would be sacked for his responses to David Cameron, as he is basically paid to verbally attack people and tell lies on behalf of the Israeli government. I’m wondering if it has more to do with him being a threat to Netanyahu, didn’t he previously protest against the government?

But if David Cameron did have anything to do with it, then well done to him 👏
