I fear this is true - Hamas has had to say it to explain why he was not released with other child hostages. I'm not sure if all the other child hostages are now out, but at least a significant proportion.

In this bizarre system of enforced equality, we're expected to care exactly the same about everyone and everything. Well, not me. I don't despise you but I find it incredibly sad that you care more about Jewish babies than Palestinian babies. As for 'enforced equality', I think most of us believe that all humans are equal. I am not being forced to believe that, it's just what I innately believe to be true.

It was an announcement from Hamas at about 4am so can neither be confirmed nor refuted

Israel refused this list as it didn't fit with the categories by which hostages are released

As far as I understand it deceased hostages are returned last in favour of living hostages

In this one I do agree with you. On another thread, a child was shot dead in the WB in cold blood and it was immediately how they deserved it bc they were raised in hate /suspected of something.

Both sides need to stop. I've probably been guilty of this at some point too but it needs to stop, and both sides need to grieve for humanity and needless, innocent lives lost.

Bombing immediately before the ceasefire was more intense particularly in one area of Khan Younis, this being the town but not necessarily the area where this family were allegedly being held captive by JIP terrorists. Not sure that Hamas knew their exact location?

It's more than possible that the JIP captors [who Hamas say they had already lost touch with/having a communication breakdown with] were injured or killed at the same time.

In the chaos following an airstrike it can take time to retrieve casualties and identify fatalities so it's possible that it took ?a while for Hamas to find out what was going on and gain possession of the deceased hostage family. Hamas rightly would be reluctant to declare the family had died until they had proof

Hamas are offering '7 women and children and 3 bodies' in the hostage exchange today so we'll maybe know more later Sad

Personally I doubt if anything will be completely clear now or in the future

I hadn't seen that about the 3 bodies😓 if it's them, I wonder where the father is

Either way, a family is going to hear horrible news today😔

There's no equivalent here. As I stated, threads about antisemitism, threads with updates on specific Israeli hostages, are trolled by these posters repeatedly. There's no reason or justification for that.

Correcting or questioning potential misinformation, giving different perspective on the conflict if you're talking about those threads, is not the same as derailing threads for Jewish victims which aim to share information, sympathy, solidarity.

And it happens every single time.
