It's been reported on Irish mainstream online media service Journal.ie though it seems that the story came from AFP.

I had really hoped that this was fake news. I'm absolutely livid and horrified and genuinely struggling with this one.

@Parkingt111 I feel that way. But it's outrageously cruel/negligent and will be hard to downplay if reported in major news outlets.

In the second clip which Is from doctors without borders
It's a compilation of different doctors talking about how they had to evacuate the hospitals
The doctor who talks about how they had to leave an nasr mentions in there that they informed the IDF of the five remaining babies and requested that they be transferred to Al shifa hospital
These babies were on oxygen and they couldn't take them with them

Surely it has to be a war crime. Whoever ordered those doctors to leave are responsible even if it is a cockup that they weren't moved. If you leave vulnerable babies like that you have to make sure they are safe.

Surly they’ve seen the babies in the NICU .

I doubt it will happen but I am hoping there is an investigation done into this
How was this allowed to happen
The doctors were forced to evacuate the hospital by the IDF leaving behind 5 of the most critically ill babies and they were then just left to die.
What a tragedy
Surely something like this can't be considered collateral damage

@Efacsen I was sceptical too which is why I didn't comment much on it until today when I saw both MSF and ICRC post on it

The ICRC deny they were involved or told to move the babies
And the doctor also says they asked the IDF to move the 5 remaining babies who were on oxygen

At approx time 3.40 of the clip the doctor from a nasr hospital talks about how they were made to evacuate
They took all patients except 5 babies who were on oxygen and asked the IDF to move them to Al shifa hospital
Something has clearly gone wrong and the babies were not moved as a few days later when the truce started and people want inside An nasr hospital they saw the 5 babies who had died and whose bodies were decomposing

it’s on TRT , I couldn’t watch the video , it’s beyond gory ,it says the babies are still attached to monitors and cannulas .

A good news story, lovely to see so many people volunteering at such a difficult time. Hopefully they will be able to make it some way functional again.

I'm glad day time weather is not cold. Thanks for looking that up @Efacsen I think there's going to be a need to put up portacabins or something, but god knows how if they have to keep moving. G reported they are only allowed to move south now and are not allowed in the sea.
