Blinken has been using "emergency powers" to bypass Congress and send arms to Israel. Is there a mechanism whereby Congress can block or revoke those powers?

Me neither @Parkingt111 I feel like I'm in some nightmare dimension where even children can be treated without mercy. I am afraid at the direction humanity is taking. It isn't that it's new, there has always been cruelty and suffering. It's that we can all see it, live and in our faces - and can do nothing about it.

Israeli shelling over two days near Al-Amal hospital in southern Gaza’s main city Khan Younis has killed 41 people, the Palestinian Red Crescent said on Thursday.
The casualties include “displaced persons seeking shelter” at Red Crescent premises, AFP reports that it said.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society has also issued a video interview with Mohammed Salah, who it says is a paramedic at their ambulance centre in the Jabaliya refugee camp.
