Sadly this was predictable and inevitable. For some reason are esteemed leaders didn't ask any questions about what the IDF's plan was when they ran out of places to force the Gazans into.

All along I've thought the plan was to displace as much of the population as possible and then terrorise them until they are begging to leave or kill them using bombs, disease and starvation.

This is a channel four piece on the attack at Nasser hospital today, it also includes footage of the female doctor who ducked and ran to save the civilian who had been sniped outside the hospital. It highlights the struggles the Palestinians face and how footage shows that it was far from a targeted operation as said by the IDF.
It's a disgrace that civilians were asked to evacuate to Rafah considering that is the next target

I agree. Their lack of discipline, professionalism and combat competency is evident in the number of "friendly fire" casualties the IDF sustain.

Even if we give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that evacuating the hospital is necessary, I don't believe that for a minute, they don't appear to have a system in place to accomplish that without complete carnage. There is no order, just chaos which endangers everyone.

This is an interview with an American doctor who returned from volunteering at Nasser Hospital a couple of weeks ago. The conditions sounded awful then, I can only imagine the horror now. Democracy Now is doing a good job of platforming people the MSM won't.

I don't think they're known for their professionalism. Or combat skill. Bombing yes. They can do that.

Its not just the vile dehumanisation which shocks me but the complete lack of professionalism. These poorly disciplined soldiers come across as disgusting bullies who delight in their own appalling behaviour.

If IDF find anything we will hear all about their ‘victory’ and why it was absolutely necessary to terrorise people in this way.

It seems that the IDF are still in the hospital

From the director of Al Nasser reported on BBC

"Since the midnight hours, violent shelling and severe explosions have continued in the vicinity of the complex."
The only patients remaining in the hospital are "piled up in wards", he tells the BBC, and have critical injuries.
Many of these patients have severe spinal injuries, severe limb injuries, limb amputations, brain injuries that led to cerebral palsy and hemiplegia, and these patients cannot move or cannot walk." from Nahed Abu-Teima Director, Nasser Medical Complex

Abu-Teima adds that everyone remaining in Nasser hospital are "all in extreme danger" and issues an appeal to the UN and Red Cross to "save these sick patients" and hospital workers trapped there.

These were the messages from a nurse in Nasser hospital before communication there was cut:
The occupation soldiers arrived at the second floor of the emergency building in the Nasser Medical Complex and called on all those on the upper floors, including doctors and nurses, to come down to the lower floors.

The occupation [soldiers] released a large number of dogs that spread throughout the departments, buildings and courtyards of the Nasser Medical Complex.

The complex was completely stormed."

It's difficult to articulate my thoughts right now at what is happening in the hospitals. This latest attack on Nasser has been brutal and i fear that there is worst to come.
