Exchange deal to resume: Qatar Tonight

39 Palestinian civilians and 13 Israeli captives from Gaza will be released in addition to seven foreigners, says the official spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The spokesman said “the obstacles were overcome through Qatari-Egyptian” mediation.

Thank you for starting. I am sorry for the hostages and their families who were not released today. I had a horrible feeling something would happen.
