I have a question about Palestinian children.

What I've been wondering if an innocent child has just had their whole family killed by a bomb, there whole city bombed so they have nothing, how r they going to not being against who is bombing them. There is going to be trauma. They could be against what hamas belives, but they equally could be angry and understandably just in being anti Israel (goverment as that's who is carrying out this) how is it realistic to expect the Palestinians to be happy Israel is taking out hamas. And killing their families, their friends and flattening their cities in the process.

I copied this from another thread as think it's a valid question I have no idea why it's highlighted.

I agree with @Rainbowsandbutterflies1990 not really an ' urban legend' of most of your family has been killed and you have been displaced.

By the time Israel has finished with them, Hamas will be nothing more than an urban legend. Hopefully then Palestine can move forward towards peace with Israel.

This comment seems to completely ignore I am assuming intentional. About my question. The fact Israel has killed childrens families friends and cities. How do u expect them to react to that ? Grateful? Pleased? How can Palestine realistically move forward with peace. Their whole lives have changed forever due to Israel???? I have to question if this is a real person who just made that statement? 🤔

On the news: 1500 children missing, presumed trapped under rubble.

Israel ambassador saying all UN workers in Gaza are Hamas.

They're absolutely demented mad dogs that need to be stopped. We're going to have a full blown regional war if the US doesn't rein in their crazed ally.”

This. Thank providence that at last one western leader has spoken out against the murder of women and babies. Hopefully, more will follow.

Respectfully, you should do some research on the complexities of this situation that isn’t propaganda led.

@Brrrrrrrrrrrr I sent you links to Wikipedia pages of 2 Israeli politicians. Did you even open them? How on earth is that propaganda?

Yep. This is why the whole idea of ‘bombing Hamas’ is a nonsense. For every Hamas member they manage to bomb, a hundred little boys are injured or lose a parent and grow up wanting revenge. If you were a Gazan child right now, what would you want to be when you grow up?

What Israel is doing in Gaza makes no sense unless their plan is to kill everyone there. I hope that is not the plan.

It is the plan

@Brrrrrrrrrrrr . I appreciate that as a staunch supporter of Israel your knee jerk reaction is to defend them, but read the political mandate of those in power. It pre-dates the 7th October attack. Just a quick glance at their Wikipedia pages tells you a lot about who is behind this operation:

@Brrrrrrrrrrrr A shield is something that protects someone. How the f*#k does a child in a building protect/shield anyone when a bomb drops on that building?

You really should look up the meaning of human shields in this context, the same ones those terrorists are hiding behind.

@Brrrrrrrrrrrr This ruthless assault on Gaza has nothing to do with Hamas or hostages. It's the fulfillment of Israel's extreme right parties' lifelong fantasy of eradicating the Palestinians.

Hamas did not even exist until the late 80s - so according to what you've said, there was no obstacle to peace then?

Maybe you should read the mandate of Israel's Religious Zionist Party if you want to identify obstacles to peace.

It has everything to do with Hamas, everyone knows this. The barbaric atrocity they committed could never have been left unchecked, they messed up and now their citizens are paying a hefty price for their lunacy.

When those said hospitals are grimly used as cover for terrorists to store munitions and host command centres you really have to question the intentions of those in charge. Using their own civilians as human shields is truly the work of the devil, right?
