To think Israel won't exist much longer?

Support in the west is declining, and when Israel doesn't have weapons and defense funding they won't be able to defend against their neighbouring countries on their own. AIBU to wonder how much longer it can exist given they are losing support?

I would bet that the Israeli intelligence service have received credible information that they are.

Think about it. Attacking a hospital full of civilians doesn't give them any military advantage does it? So why would they risk their lives doing so?

Excellent question. Just because they were known years ago to hide below a hospital doesn't mean they were hiding below this hospital. I hope there was incontestible proof at least.

Just seen this breaking on twitter- apparently an Israeli government directive from 13 Oct to move 2.4 million Gazans to other countries- ethnic cleansing I believe?

this is Inhumane
They have said many times they have nowhere to go
They have patients in intensive care
THIS IS A WAR CRIME

Shame on all of those who try to justify the bombing of a hospital

There's ~15000 people in and around the hospital. If Israel bomb it now, it is deliberate and intentional murder of civilians. Even in war, it is not justified to do anything you like to achieve your goal.

I do think this is Netenyahu finished now, as there is public anger at he and his wife are hiding in a mansion with a nuclear bunker.

Once hostilities have ceased it would be good to have a more moderate figure leading Israel.

That has already been part of history. Rabin was known for his efforts and peace and the price he paid for that was death at the hand of his own people who did not want peace with Palestine.
