bzzbee · 28/06/2010 22:13

Am moving to the next bus too, on day 7 already, didn't get time to update stats!

Medee · 28/06/2010 20:25

POAS, Fer!

BUnderTheBonnet · 28/06/2010 20:20

Come on ladies - need more BFPs!!!!! Good luck!

FER1 · 28/06/2010 15:26

Hello,

Can i join in?

DH and I are TTC#2 and this is only cycle 1 so really need to be a bit patient...

I did an ovulation test and on day 14 showed I was good to go so we did the deed. now - day 22, I feel sick, have just had some spotting, am tired, soreish boobs, bit of a headache. Am so pre-occupied and trying to resist a First Response tomorrow morning. Just a waste of money i suppose but fingers crossed.....

stuffedmk · 28/06/2010 15:06

Have had some spotting this afternoon so fully expect AF to show tomorrow as predicted. Keeping my seat til it's definate though lol

Orchid12 · 28/06/2010 13:53

Naughty stuffed - step away from the tests!!

So, I'm now in the trying to ignore it but failing dismally part of my cycle. I should have OV'd last Tues but twas delayed for some reason and I actually OV'd (I think) on Fri. So am now 3 DPO and already finding myself going a little potty about the whole thing. DH has a SA a week on Thurs so that will force me in to testing early legitimately! Just as I have conditioned myself into not doing as well!! Would have been fine had I actually OV'd on day 18 as normal but alas my body does not like to do things to make life easy!

So, what I can do to whittle the days away until I find out if we've cracked it this month? Go shopping maybe? Drink lots of virtual Pimms?

Hope everyone else is doing well,
Orchid

stuffedmk · 28/06/2010 11:50

Congrats to the graduates!!!

I POAS yesterday....-ve, managed to stop myself testing this morning, will try my best to wait and see if AF shows herself tomorrow, which is when I think she is due. If no AF then will test Wednesday.

Morning all I'm off to the next bus as well, af got me too . On a more positive note though, even though I'm 100% sure I didn't OV this cycle, it's the first time I've had a normal cycle length in months and months!

Good luck everyone still to test x

Prinpo · 27/06/2010 08:35

Hopping off this bus as AF got me this morning. Best wishes to the graduates - I hope you all have straightforward pregnancies - and good luck to those still to test.

Morning all!

Congrats to all the BFPs! Fantastic news for all of you!

I'm ovulating today, so a bit shagged out. Hoping I can maintain my sanity over the next two weeks!

Well done on the update Prinpo. I'm on my crappy phone so can't right now, but will pull my weight later!

Good luck to those at the front of the bus! Fingers crossed for loads more BFPs!

BUnderTheBonnet · 26/06/2010 09:38

Counting how many days until you test? Before SWI is even over? Surely not....

Come on, admit it ladies, how many of you ahve already counted ahead to, if you did conceive, when you could announce it at work, or how many weeks pg you'd be when you go on holiday etc........

I can't believe it's only me that is insane likes to be prepared.

sillybillymummy · 25/06/2010 14:34

Thanks Prinpo That was a mission!

Busymum05, glad you feel the same, it seems a bit mad to make myself think about it this much! There is something wrong about counting how many days until i can test, when i haven't even concieved yet!!

Orchid12 · 25/06/2010 13:59

8 I only take AC until OV and then stop. Same with EPO. Haven't got into using flaxseed for the post OV phase yet though...Advice is conflicting so do what you feel is best for you

stuffedmk · 25/06/2010 11:27

AF due Tues. I'm going to test on Sunday as that would be the same DPO as I got a positive last time.
I am feeling really tired and have had headaches on and off for a few days now but I am trying to remind myself that it is probably just the heat.
Was quite chilled out a few days ago....not no more lol

Totallyfloaty35 · 25/06/2010 10:55

Prinpo, you are FAB to update...i did think about doing it but got so confused i gave up

8rubberduckies · 25/06/2010 09:54

Well done prinpo!

Thanks for all the info miffles, it was really useful.

I still haven't had any sign of OV and have started spotting overnight, I'm really confused! I know it may be because I'm OV although I've never spotted mid-cycle before), or AF could be really early (in that case, don't think I will have OVd at all this cycle). Will just have to wait and see I think.

mylittlebubble the EWCM photos can be gound on www.fertilityfriend.com. I am a member but have never, ever been able to bring myself to look in the photo gallery. There's some weird s%$&* out there, watch out.....

Prinpo · 25/06/2010 09:36

Ladies, I have undertaken the gargantuan task of updating the stats.

MyCatLikesToHideInBoxes · 25/06/2010 07:42

Well, looks like this is my stop...

AF arrived this morning in my shortest ever cycle (25 days?!) and I now now the answer to the preggers or bonkers question >

Still, at least I can enjoy a pimms or two in the sun now .

Ladies , I wish you all absolutely oodles of luck And BFP's all round and I sincerely hope I don't see any of you when I join the June bus later in the year!

busymum05 · 24/06/2010 23:05

omg im the same..ive never really worried about when ive o'vd but since joining this bus i said i wouldnt be charting or checking cm but guess what ive been charting and checking for cm and ive even brought ov tests off the internet..lol ok so think i may be starting to obsess, god help me with the 2ww...

Miffles · 24/06/2010 21:23

8 - i am taking angus castus. I was recommended to take it as a tincture - which is a liquid that you add to water. It really doesn't taste bad, and it is absorbed into the body more easily. The bottle recommends 1ml 1-3x daily. 1ml of liquid is equivalent to 500mg. And I'm doing morning and evening - so equivalent to 1000mg everyday. It does say not to use in pregnancy. HOWEVER (and I'm sure others may disagree) on the 2ww, your blood supply is not connected to the baby, so I am very much of the view that i'll keep taking it until I have a confirmed BFP. It takes a while to have effect - and not sure how useful it would be if you were on and then off it. We know that from ov it takes a few days to actually embed in the uterus. And for me, anyway, there is such a slim chance of actaully being pg. I need all the help I can get to get a regular cycle.

WRT EPO, this is meant to be good as it contains omega 6. BUT (sorry, I am a bit scientific and medical and read up on lots!) omega 3 is meant to be really good as well. It is possible to overdose on omega 6 if you don't balance it with omega 3. Flaxseed oil gives you a really good balance of omega 3 and 6 (and 9 thrown in too, but not sure on why you need that!). And again, I'll keep taking these until proved otherwise!

Hope that helps and doesn't sound preachy. Can't give any advice on EWCM, ov, or even POAS....still a way to go yet before i'm at that stage!

Going to reflexology tomorrow - meant to help regulate cycles too. In for a penny in for a pound
