It's not a terrible idea Casserole, there have been discussions about that. I get a bit panicky as that would have excluded me when I first joined. I became a proper BESH after joining. Although just counted up and realised it's been 8 months and now I'm freaking out slightly. I have been pregnant twice in those 8 months though, and banned from SWI for 3 of them, I iz special.

Heads next month is my month. I am freaked out that either I won't get diffed immediately and will then have a breakdown, or I will get diffed and fuck it up again and will have a bigger breakdown. Must think positive.

Went to GP yesterday but annoyingly pain in absence so was all a bit vague. So unsurprisingly he didn't have much to offer. Only had one spell of it yesterday, in the early evening, and none so far today. Am proceeding as if it were my kidney and drinking bucketloads, seems to be working but will see. If it returns will make emergency appointment. Fanks all for remembering me. But he did refer me for Day 3 and Day 21 bloods, and the mister for gizzing in a pot despite it being 9 months, so that was good.

Anyway. I know I'm noo but has there ever been any conversation about making this thread for people who've been trying more than 6 months or so? Would that be worth exploring for any newbies from now? Shoot me down if is rubbish idea. Tis just hard when newbs come and go in space of weeks on their first try... no offence to any and if tis rubbish idea will consider self told with no probs.

We're going to the US, flying to somewhere in Colorado I've never heard of and driving from there to San Francisco. I don't think I'd realised quite how far it is until TH sent me a map with it all marked on this morning. But he thinks driving is relaxing, so it should be good fun

I'm with you on the non-day bit Aries; to fill it I'm procrastinating and eating chocolate. We're off on holiday next Wednesday and I think I want to give up on everything work-related now in preparation. Sadly that's not an option.

I'm pondering whether to take thermometer and OPKs on holiday or whether to ditch it all for a month and hope for the best. I thought I'd convinced myself that was a good idea, but then realised if I leave all that stuff at home I'll be left with nothing that I can do to try and make it happen (other than SWI, obviously!). Not that the doing has helped thus far, but it seems to make me feel better somehow.
