Come on in, you raddled old caaaaahs, whotchoo waitin' for?

I've gone for a groovy 60s psychedelic theme, so get your fat upper arms comfy in the hanging globe chairs and hide your mememe shame in the glow of the lava lamps!

Russell Howard is our new bartender, although I don't think he's happy at the flares 'n' kipper tie outfit I've forced him to wear. And of course, Mitchell is in the pit, nervously awaiting his first guest.

Let's make this one diffalicious!

My screen looks odd too, I don't like it.

Poo, lunch was fine. Diffed SILs were nice and I managed not to have a breakdown at any point. Though I was a mardy cow before arriving. I was outclassed by our waitress though, who had the definite air of a disgruntled graduate and was the epitomy of mardy cowness.

My droid alert seems to be slightly premature. I wanted it to arrive in the hope it would bugger off before Friday and our weekend of romanticness.

Medee · 26/04/2010 13:14

hello ladies. Sorry you're ducking out cho, hopefully see you back here soon.

laurielou · 26/04/2010 12:48

Oooh, my screen has gone all funny too. Pretty colours.......

poo no its not time from me to POAS yet. I'm on day 28 of a roughly 31 day cycle. Symptoms - I am spotty, bloated, nauseous & grumpy. ie full on pre-droid mode. Of course I've convinced myself that they're also bona fide diff symptoms. I'll test on Sat if nothing before then, OK?

scorps I envy your no sexy time, I really do. I'm exhausted! Seriously, I hope it goes quickly & your lap is ok too.

gin hope you're OK. Pliz to come 'ere & have a drink.

Sorry for my meltdown last Fri . I know I'm usually low down on the BESH menkal scale (!) but I just lost it. Soz!

Note - pliz to expect further meltdown as friend's are having a party this Bank Hol & it could be the first outing of the baybee. If not, all other friends have plenty of kids to keep up the level of menkal.

PollyPoo · 26/04/2010 11:26

'lo Beshlets. How is you all today? Muse how was the lunch with the diffed SIL's? Cho I also do not like the idea of you leaving. You can rant and scream as much as you like in here and we are all here for you when you need us.

I'm hoping GinnyGinGin had a lufferly week in the big smoke and made some new and happy memories for That Day/Mr Gin's birthday. Big smooches my luvver. Streme you have gone quiet - you ok me dear?

Oh Scorpy come here and nestle against my increasing bosom. Glad you got date for the lap. I'm trying to find the silver lining for you my little strumpet and I reckon a month or two of really intense needling could make all the difference for you. You have said before that in all likelihood fertility is good, but its the other healf ishooes that really screw you over. Plus of course, it can take up to 3 months for the needles to take full effect, so by June you will be raring to go along with other June Duffers.

Lorry is it time for you to POAS yet? Any symptoms? POAS POAS POAS!

Bessie123 · 26/04/2010 10:30

And, of course, Gin I hope you got through last week ok, I was thinking of you.

Bessie123 · 26/04/2010 10:30

God, I am proper special today.

I also wanted to say:

ChoCho pleeeease don't go.

Extreme your sis sounds amazing. Lucky you that she is so supportive. Surely she wouldn't have offered to help if she didn't want to? Do you think it would help to take up her offer and know that things are definitely starting?

Bessie123 · 26/04/2010 10:28

Just checking in to keep this in my active convos. Hope you all had a good weekend.

Muser · 26/04/2010 10:08

I do not like the idea of Cho going so will ignore it. Lalala, I'm not listening.

Ariesgirl · 26/04/2010 09:59

It's back to normal now.

Ariesgirl · 26/04/2010 09:58

Has the appearance of everyone else's screen gone really weird or is it just mine?

Scorpette · 26/04/2010 09:54

Cho no go! Cho no go!

I understand and respect your need to take a break and go lurky, but we'll miss ya. We're always here for your rantings about facking IF and the NHS ass-clowns.

Am bit depressed at mo, not being able to SWI or indeed have any rudeness at all and facing laparoscopy, etc. Got date for it - 25th May at 7.30. 7.30??? Will be glad of fucking anaesthetic as will gimme another half an hour or so of kip

laurielou · 26/04/2010 08:29

cho sorry to see you go but totally understand. Keep lurking & you know you can post about whatever you like, whenever you like, x

Muser · 25/04/2010 22:59

Hurrah indeed! Although still got May to get through. But that'll fly by!

Medee · 25/04/2010 22:56

hurrah for recommencing SWIing.

Muser · 25/04/2010 22:55

Looks like droid has arrived again, so that's my first proper cycle since the rubbishness. Nice and timely as well, I wasn't feeling very symptomy so was starting to worry my body might be a bit screwed up. After this cycle the SWI can recommence.

Medee · 25/04/2010 22:54

no one around tonight?

Medee · 25/04/2010 21:07

wax on, wax off.

Ariesgirl · 25/04/2010 19:45

Good luck Danielsan. Will miss you, but totally understand. Fuming purple balls of rage are never good for a feeling of relaxed in control self assertion . Fishslaps, dead legs and karate chops (suitable seeing as I just called you Danielsan, which was much funnier in my head than when I saw it typed.)

ChoChoSan · 25/04/2010 18:58

Hi Beshters,

Just to let you know that I will be lurking for a while but might not be posting, unless all of a sudden, I find the ability to talk about IF without turning into a fuming purple ball of rage!

I am going to start cycling to work tomoz, and try to shed a few pounds...also might just go ahead and book a week's holiday in June to have something nice to distract myself with...hooray!

Muser · 25/04/2010 10:54

I drank too much last night. Ow. Now I have to go and have lunch with the pregnant sisters-in-law. Gah. The combination of the two probably not a good idea.

MrM and I did have fun conversations last night about how this might be the last very drunken birthday he gets. Next year it might be an M&S ready meal eaten while the baby sleeps. Which was a very lovely thought, although he looked a bit terrified by the prospect.

Ariesgirl · 24/04/2010 21:46

I went to work and came back early and went to sleep and then watched TV. I think I win the "Dullest Day" title.

Scorpette · 24/04/2010 21:33

Me and TYF went to the bustling, futuristic megalopolis that is the crappy small town we live in to buy various dreary items plus food. I got v upset and grumpy cos it was chocka with chavs and their offspring and it felt like everyone else in the world has a child except me. Got grumpy and mardy and was a general caaaaah all avo. Then Dr Who was ruined by fuckwit ident at the end. My life really is this dull

Really struggling with not being able to TTC for a while. But at least got letter from hospital asking me to ring up and sort out a date for my laparoscopy. Funtime!

you're both so much more glamorous than me. It was garden furniture, plants & BBQ purchasing for the Caspers today...

Medee · 24/04/2010 18:06

i too have been shopping, though not for anything in particular. I did get new nail polish though which I have just been painting on.
