Mermaid was right, after retail therapy & rare quality mummy/daughter time in Debenhams, I was oohing at the cute baker baby top & cardi mum brought us & yet more vests! I so need the babys wardrobe! My lovely mum also treated me to my very last mat clothes I shall buy, a gorgeous summer dress & top which I figure will still do post natally when tryin to disguise my jelly belly! Oooh also fab spangly sparkly sandals (once again image of Vjay comes to mind! )

I am blummin pooped now tho, had battle at work this morning & decided I am appealing my appraisal decision & also had to try & sort out very complicated mat/redundancy package & tax issues & all sorts, on 3hrs sleep!! Hopefully tonight I might actually manage to sleep through the SPD & heartburn!!!

vjay get back to those books, hope your back is ok, reckon it can actually be worse than childbirth. I trapped a nerve in my pelvis about 6 months after ds it was the worse pain I had ever experienced.

Vjay I finally got Isabelle to let go of my right nipple so i could reach the computer and now you've gone!

Once upon a time Gracie used to be really organised and sometimes quite clever - hence the emmsys email and the list of emails and mobile numbers for those that wanted to share them. Well now she's had Isabelle, and left her brain in the labour suite (I think it was a good swap! ) and she forgets to check the emmsys email quite so often (She doesn't get time off for toilet breaks that often either! ). I'm sorry Mermaid!! The reason no one had texted Mermaid with any news in the last 2 weeks was that we all had her old mobile number cos Gracie didn't read the email from Mermaid to say she's lost her old phone. Oops!

So now you all know I'm a bit rubbish , if you send anything to the emmsys email ([email protected]) can you post a big loud "Check the email Gracie" on this thread to remind me.

Moon I will volunteer for honeymoon planning. I love planning a holiday

Barbie like Blue I also found bits of GF useful, particularly the bits which gave you an idea of how much they should be sleeping in the day because I had no idea. I iignored the drink a glass of water blah blah blah bits. However I was desperate for a routine with DTs and would have gone insane without one. I had bit of help because DS2 was in special care for a while aafter he was born and they are very strict about feeding times. We just took those and carried on when we got out of hospital.

4ever You have had such a rough ride. I have a friend who had 5 mc's until they discovered her immune issue (she also had clotting problems). She now has 2 DDs. I can't imagine going through that many mc's, 1 was bad enough.

How is everyone else this morning?

My headache is now in my neck (which is an improvement I think). We've got a new leisure centre that opened last week which is supposed to have a fab pool so I'm going to venture there this morning for a nosey and a float. I am supposed to be on sick leave this week but I'm counting it as part of my therapy

Woke up thinkin of monkey (only had 3hrs sleep! ) if u need to tx or mail then gracies list has my details.. I just remember so vividly havin nowhere to turn so im here if u need me... Our lovely sonographer saw 6mm fold at weekly scans of our 3rd angel baby at 10wks but didnt tell us til following 11wk, just remember dh & i sobbing our hearts out in her office as was furthest we'd ever got she got us an apt with the director of fetal meds 2hrs later as she was epu so hadnt dealt with it before, we spent that longest ever 2hrs in hosp chapel & gardens prayin harder than we ever had.. The director was lovely & said he had known it correct itself so still have hope my lovely, he said about edwards & pattaus too so did the karyotyping/chromosomal test on both of us (first time we got referred to as mum & dad..) Have they done that with u to confirm if genetic? It took 10 days for the results under them but 6wks under recurrent mc clinic.. We had to go back 2wks later & was one of worst 2wks of our lives.. Our 1st wedding anniversary was in middle of it & we went & renewed our vows just us & the vicar.. When we went back at 13wks sadly our baby had died & god made the decision for us, tho think we'd of let nature take its course whatever & prayed for a miracle that some people have terrible odds & markers but babys are fine, we heard lots of those stories & clung onto them.. That might of been the case for our 3rd angel baby too as we now know we had the immune issue where my bodys leukocytes (immune system) was attacking dh cells in our babys hence the 4mmc's.. Anyway just wanted to share cos understand the need talk to people that have been through it, it was through my googling i discovered mn... Anytime u need me im there & ill be sayin a massive prayer for u & again so when i venture to church on sun.. Massive hugs hon x x x x x

Monkey just wanna extend a strong hand & a big hug to you... I can relate to the sheer devastation & numbness u must be feelin having gone through the same thing with the nuchal issue.. Its just so bloody unfair & must be making u ache for ur mum so badly.. I can relate to that too as wish so much my dad had been about these last 2yrs but kno it would of broke his heart to see my heart breaking.. All we can do is pray for you hon.. I remember at the time we went through this thinking well maybe the mc's before it were to test us to make us strong enough to cope with a disabled or downs child, & maybe that was our calling & to be a parent to a downs child would be better than never being a parent at all.. Of course u already have ur ds so i know any decision will not be easy for u... Like i say i shall just pray for that miracle & hope that your mum is shining a light of strength & hope on you...
