Thanks for all the advice re feeding/ co sleeping etc....im doing whatever Devon whats to do for now, the feeding seems to be working as we weighed her yesterday (in the tummy tub, balancing on the bathroom scales) and she is 7lb now so something is working

pfj we are all done fine, dont worry about us just concentrate on getting yourself better.

mls i hope you arent too wobbly today....funny how we all have little things that help us through, mine was never wear white pants for fear it will make me bleed i think i had to wear a pair once when i went out on the tennis fancy dress and spent the whole time in the loo cursing myself as i was sure i was going to make something bad happen, Im sure it was neeko who wrote on the shower screen every morning....im guessing your accup is something of a ritual for you, but like both myself and neeko sometimes its ok to miss something once, im sure your lo is nice and cosy and waiting to show off for you again on wednesday

gg lol at your shopping story, ive been trying to get out within the hour to when she falls asleep as i know i have about another hour before i have to do the whole change/ feed/ burp thing for the next few hours! Although i have to say i have breast fed her in a few places now and im not at all fazed by it...i just hate it when she cries Its the not knowing excatly what they want and feeling bad that they are crying in the first place! Gosh dont they just tug at your heart strings????

4ever and cupcake im glad i didnt scare you too much with the birth story...really once you are in the throws of labour you will forget about everything but your baby, i totally forgot i was butt naked, weeing myself and shouting like a mad one and even having the pessary up my bum for the next few days were managable because i just turned and looked into the crib although i did refuse the first lot of painkillers when she told me where she had to stick them!

iggy yoga is sooooo hard! The moves were harder than the bog standrd yoga that i did all the time pre pregnancy. I blame my heart palputation for giving up after the first week

blue pacey is mine....so back off ...Tahnks especially for you advice re co sleeping and feeding. I have co slept for the last two days now. I was just worried she would get used to is and never be able to sleep without being near us, but if you little boy is ok in his cot them im sure she will be when the time comes.

You sound like me 9 months ago It took me 9 months to fall after mc and some others on here just as long if not longer so pls dont be dispondant, it will happen and sooner than you think. Have you thought about hassling the gp again, you can borrow all of us and the barbiemobile if you want too. Take it easy and keep us updated x

I hope you have got some anti-sickness meds? A few of the women om my antenatal thread are using the travel-bands that you can get from chemists & they all say that they help.

Neeko I had to have a sneaky little lol at you cutting up your knitting (although I'm sure it was less than funny at the time), that sounds like something I'd do! Actually I'm very impressed by your knitting prowess. Maybe I should try & knit a blanket or something?

I'm feeling less wobbly today as I've been dog-tired despite getting (a wonderful) 8 hours sleep last night. Also this afternoon I hadn't eaten for a couple of hours & I felt weak & sick. Feeling queasy now which I'm obviously very happy about!

DH on nights again tonight and tomorrow night. I hope MrsKate doesn't mind me updating for her but she's in hospital with possible pre-eclampsia. They are threatening to C section her if things don't improve. So Boris might be queue jumping and making an early appearance. My DH is the anaesthetist on the next two nights so he'll make sure she gets good care.

Running off to eat something whilst Isabelle is asleep, she's due a feed pretty soon. Been to clinic today and she now weighes 9lb 1oz

FabFabFabCupcake Glad you had such a good weekend. I'm knitting a cardigan but it's much slower than when I was pg with DD. The cardies I knit are for nighttime as they aren't fit for public viewing. DD got her hands on my knitting the other day and unravelled some of it. I was so tired and crabbit that I cut the wool and threw it in the bin rather than fix it!

Hi ladies - am sooooo sorry not to have been on for so long, have been stressing madly about it, but have just got out of hospital . Walked in the door five mins ago so this is literally a quickie. To cut a long story short the sickness got so bad that when I went for my scan they ended up admitting me, and have just spent a week on a drip. Feeling very wobbly, and the sick feeling is already starrting to come back so if I'm not around you know why...
Am so sorry if I worried anyone, but haven't been able to get on a computer in hospital, and before then have just been tryin to exist in bed.

Barbie I'll have to check back to see all the details, but huge congrats on the arrival of your little one. Have been thinking about you loads x

Had a v lovely weekend thanks lush being cooked for by my lovely Mum and just having a laugh with all my siblings. Bump did get a lot of attention but I am not happy with little Titch right now because s/he barely moved all weekend so my Mum didn't even get to feel a kick...and as soon as we get back to Cardiff- flips and kicks again! Naughty baby.

Hey Iggs cant believe your anomaly is next week already! I did a series link on Portland babies too after we had our treatment there! Our lovely miracle man is on it Dr Armstrong! It does look lovely in the birth rooms with the double beds for DH to stay too! Alas our funds only went as far as our treatment! Luckily our local is a massive university hospital which takes alot of referrals from round the UK and they are great, so am quite happy there (tho a double bed for me & DH & flatscreen TV would be nice!)

Barbie Im still emotional now about your birth story! I keep replaying the bit where you freaked when she didnt cry, I know Ill be the same! Bless your lovely Dh too! I think you are really brave considering how scared you were, and you seem to be coping brilliantly, so proud and happy for you sweetheart

Had a real heart in mouth moment just now, went loo & there was spotting, after the longest few seconds ever, I worked out it was from the back, not the 'front'.. Same thing happened on sat night, but that was the outside of my bits cos of my sore thrush! Honestly, what a headf** scary time! Was more paniced today, cos had just sent an e-mail to my manager with my multitude of upcoming apts, last time I did that was the day before my last MC, as I pressed send, it took me right back, and made me very weeble like, then I go loo and that happens! Now Im having twinges & panicing, tho bubs is doing acrobatics to try & reassure me! Wobbly wobbly weeble!

I am fine, got just over a week until my next scan - which is the anomaly one.. am not thinking about it at the mo... I favour the head in the sand approach in general! I start my pre-natal yoga classes tonight, which am looking forward to!

Hi Bluethechirpyone DD is Jesse. She also has a Buzz costume and will only answer to their names when she's got them on!
I gave DD formula at 16 weeks to (one bottle) and that's when she started sleeping through. 16 weeks must be some sort of breaking point.
