Hi everybody on april babies
Hope its ok to write on this thread,i've just started ttc since i lost my first born son in may,he was stillborn at 33wks with a really rare condition i've been told will never happen again
I've done alot of soul searching and late nite chats with dh,and we've both decided to try again. Not to replace our first born, but to build a future we are so desperate for!
So here we go,predicting when i'm ovulating, and bd'ing around the clock!(well,as often as pos,as dh works very hard, bless him!)
I was most fertile between last wednesday and sunday just gone...so you can imagine whats been on the agender for the last week and a half!!Am now playing the waiting game until the 31st of this month when my AF will be due to start(hopefully it won't!(wink)
Is anybody else waiting to test at the end of the month?
I SO want to be pregnant again, but i'm SOOO impatient!!And so many people have said to me'try not to think about it too much',but how can you not!
Oh well just best to keep everything crossed, and hope for the best!!

milosmum · 20/07/2005 20:02

know what you mean-he a real "boy" now- not a baby anymore- he tells me hes mummy baby but at school he "big boy 4" -bless

Hi Everyone AF arrived yesterday. MM thanks for letting me vent. I feel much better now its here, i think that it was just my hormones driving me crazy, but it was good to get things off my chest.
Good luck to those who are bding or getting ready to test.

Hopefully the next month will be better for all of us.

charleepeters · 20/07/2005 12:56

Hi ladies! Bella sorry to here your feeling down, i hope your feeling a bit happyer soon, it will happen hun for all of us in the end!

Still no af here, im dreading it not coming on before my next appointment with gp, becasue if it doesnt and i go and the test is neg again (which it well be) then i will have to go to the termination clinic to start things off properly that will be the worst bit as im am 100% against termination and even though i wouldnt be terminating a live baby it would still feel horrible.

But oh well im still bding not that i can get pg untill i have had my af and its all gone i think, im just hoping it hurries up so i can get back on the wagon!

Hugs to all xxx

Bella23 · 20/07/2005 12:28

Thanks George - sorry am just such a grump at the moment as literally the world and his wife around me are getting pregnant!

Yep just got to keep going....

george32 · 20/07/2005 11:59

Bella, sorry you are sounding so down. Keep going girl. It will happen. Might even still be this month

Hope you have been buying your thermometer, it's bound to bring on a BFP before you get much use from it.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
x

Bella23 · 20/07/2005 11:29

Morning ladies.
Well CD21 for me so counting down to AF. She should rear her ugly head this weekend. No symptoms to suggest otherwise so another unsuccessful month! mmmm....sounding a bit negative? You bet!!

Sorry, just feeling so resigned at the minute that its difficult to even feign enthusiasm!

Hope you ladies all have better luck...

HandbagAddiction · 20/07/2005 07:55

Only just caught up with this from yesterday..

Cp - I'm so sorry to hear your news. Big hugs coming your way.

Hula - about AF arriving. It's so crap isn't it? Thanks for the house update by the way...can't believe your 'buyer' had the nerve to call again and 'claim' he could raise some cash. some people have no idea!!

Just a brief one from me for now...as I'm just about to go and interview someone.

Harriezb - theoretically, I'm up next for testing as I'm on CD27 today. However, had a bit more spotting this morning so - despite me buying some more tests yesterday evening on the way home - I think I'll be saving them for next month as I'm fairly certain that proper AF is around the corner.... Still at least that means I can drink lots at my sisters wedding....

Hello to everyone else and I'll post more later......

Debbsy · 19/07/2005 22:22

thanks harri xx

Debbsy · 19/07/2005 22:22

sorry cp really am
Ill be on cd 18 tomorrow anyone close too me ??

Harrizeb · 19/07/2005 21:04

Hi everyone,

CP I'm so sorry hun {{hugs}}

Hula too

Debbsy just wanted to say good luck for you and DH for tomorrow. I hope your results all come back positive for you.

I'm on CD 15 and managed to have sex last night even though I have a snotty cold and DH is feeling rough too but I am fairly sure that we've missed it this month, I had EWCM on Sunday so think that last night was too late. But until the old witch turns up we don't know

Hi Jen, eldestgirl, Frizbe, munz, Jag, MM, hope your all doing well.

So who's our next tester then?

Take care
H x

munz · 19/07/2005 20:18

hiya girls, hope every one's keeping positive. hope everyone's doing OK. good luck to any testers who are coming up.

hula - sorry about AF honney

bella (((hugs))) for you hon.

Cp - i'm so sorry honney.

(i've been sent another joke along so here it is for all of u guys to mull over! - hopefully it will make u smile)

Jack goes to the doctor and says "Doc I'm having trouble getting my penis erect, can you help me?"

After a complete examination the doctor tells Jack, "Well the problem with you is that the muscles around the base of your penis are damaged. There's really nothing I can do for you except if you're willing to try an experimental treatment."

Jack asks sadly, "What is this treatment?" "Well," the doctor explains, "what we would do is take the muscles from the trunk of a baby elephant and implant them in your penis."

Jack thinks about it silently then says, "Well the thought of going through life without ever having sex again is too much, lets go for it."

A few weeks after the operation Jack was given the green light to use his improved equipment. He planned a romantic evening for his girl friend and took her to one of the nicest restaurants in the
city. In the middle of dinner he felt a stirring between his legs that continued to the point of being uncomfortable.

To release the pressure Jack unzipped his fly. His penis immediately sprung from his pants, went to the top of the table, grabbed a dinner roll and then returned to his pants.

His girl friend was stunned at first but then said with a sly smile, "That was incredible! Can you do that again?"

Jack replied, "Well, I guess so, but I'm not sure I can fit another dinner roll up my ass!"

milosmum · 19/07/2005 19:04

Oh Charlee, sorry to hear the news, but it is fantastic how positive you are being - a real inspiration. Sad for you but still keeping my fingers crossed for this month (and for the rest of us)

Debbsey & Bella - know EXACTLY how you feel. the entire world (well most of Colchester anyway) seem to be pregnant at the drop of a hat and I am so desperate and it isn't happening... ho hum

Hope everyone else is ok

OP posts:
Bella23 · 19/07/2005 12:55

CP, sorry to hear that but I would keep bding anyway as I know loads of people who have had an early m/c and then gone on to get a BFP straight away...good luck!!

charleepeters · 19/07/2005 11:29

Ok girls i went to teh g.p this morning and its bad news im afraid, she said that where i had al the symptoms and a light BFP the severla BFN's that it was most probable an early m/c.

But please, please dont feel upset or bad for me, i knew in my heart and head i was never properly pg, and it was so early i never had time to bond, or make plans for my baby so really im ok.

The gp has made me an appointmen in 2 weeks for a blood pg test to make sure, im expecting it to be neg, she said my period could take up to 4 weeks to come after an early m/c but to go back sooner if i have any pain.

But the way i see it is im halthyish, young and I WILL DO IT!

so now its a waiting game for af, so i cans tart trying again!

good luck to the next testers
