Diddle · 06/07/2005 19:54

OP posts:
maddyd · 06/07/2005 19:53

Chocolatepeanut please excuse my ignorance but do catholics think its a sin to orgasm, as in actually enjoy baby making?

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 06/07/2005 19:51

Maddyd lol at the thought of your pedicure.Soz

Yes lots of positions and lots men.Married no 1 (boyfriend no 3)while young and daft then became sexually liberated aged 30 when divorced and went through lots in a variety of positions and locations!

Met no 2 (sounds funny when i say that cos it sounds like there could be a no 3..)aged 34 and finally settled down.still no big O though.

I tell you its a catholic thing, all my friends say the same (know now that one of you is going to a orgasmic catholic......)

maddyd · 06/07/2005 19:48

Whats even worse is i had to ask for some of the paper knickers they use for tanning to get home with.

Diddle · 06/07/2005 19:45

xena - oh that sounds good, would they be able to be left in sole charge??

maddyd - don't tell everyone about me and lottie my dh has no idea and loves reading our threads
You're thread made me pmsl too, have a great imagine of you flooding in your pedicure. sorry not funny at all, i would be so embarrassed but the way you wrote it just sounded so funny. Glad you can now move on, and gte back to it.

Munz love the advice, we will all be walking like john wayne before you know it.

Chocolate peanut - maybe a bit of DIY would help

OP posts:
Xena · 06/07/2005 19:41

Xena · 06/07/2005 19:39

I had a work experience student for 2 days a week for a term- the first 2 weeks or so it was awfull but after that it was great such a help and DD1 loved her. But I was thinking you could actually employee someone for however many hrs a week you work and take the whole 6mths off.

ChocPeanut you need it to happen belive me- have you tried lots of postions?

maddyd · 06/07/2005 19:39

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 06/07/2005 19:33

I have had them in dreams then woke up

Dont get me wrong I have always enjoyed it with all the men I have been with (mmm does not sound too good, that)

Just one of those things I suppose but not too bothered really unless it was something that HAD to happen to make you concieve then I would be REALLY bothered [grin}

Must add that I have several friends (all Catholics!!) who share this problem!

Diddle · 06/07/2005 19:23

thansk xena, I only have a couple of the older ones term time only. good idea though, i have looked into having students in for work experince who could help out with the mindies.

Spub, thank you, you made me smile, its great to have you all the support me. you're all super dooper.

Chocolatepeanut - are you sure, never???
Are you still with us. must do something about that (not offering by the way )
There was a thread about this on one of the other boards. will try and find it, you're not the only one who hasn't had one.

OP posts:
Xena · 06/07/2005 19:19

Chocpeanut why not buy a book on the subjuct I'm sure there are many on the internet/ebay??? Don't be embarrased once youv'e discovered it your never look back

Diddle are any of your mindees term time only? cause you could plan to go over a sch holiday?? Easter next year But if they are all yearly then why not plan to employee someone and have sometime with just you and your baby??
IT WILL HAPPEN I'M A FAIRY (elephant) GODMOTHER YOU KNOW

spub · 06/07/2005 19:18

Chocolatepeanut !!!

Never??

erm, sorry if too personal but never with a man or never AT ALL???

spub · 06/07/2005 19:16

Hey diddle! (sounds like the start of a nursery rhyme )
Big positive, happy vibes heading your way right now. It CAN happen and by God, if it has anything to do with the collective might of MNers - it WILL!!
It's hard to be upbeat all the time and to be such a cheerleader for others - you are entitled to have crappy and low days as we all are.
Just knowing that people on this board totally understand is such a boost, though and we are all really hoping for the best for each other. Must, surely count for something?
Hope tomorrow is better.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 06/07/2005 19:12

I dont know if I can manage positive but on the subject of TTC and orgasms....

What are they??!!

38 years old never bloody had one! Always blame it on Catholic guilt

and DH is no 2 and had lots of men to test the theory on between him and no 1

Diddle · 06/07/2005 19:10

sounds good xena, can't afford to go on maternity leave for that long though, don't want to risk losing the kids. but the fact that i could be entitled to maternity leave at all by then is great.
sorry don't mean to be negative, just can't get it out of my head, i am constantly wondering if i am, and if i'm not why not.

OP posts:
Xena · 06/07/2005 19:08

Diddle · 06/07/2005 18:20

Hey gals,
Hi to Petunia.Lots of newbies here like me being welcomed by those who have been on the thread for a bit longer....
I am also a legs in the air for 15 minutes kind of a woman. I conceived my dd month 2 and got pregnany month one last time around (though that ended in m/c )so I reckon there may be sommat in it. Having an orgasm is always a good idea, too....
Cori - if you see this message in particular - AF has just arrived after my first acupuncture session on Monday night. I am SOOO happy that I can get back on the baby making trail now. I'll never know if AF would have come anyway but am going back for my bext 3 sessions in the hope that they will also help with conception!
